- Liz (10/5): The apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. - We had a 21st birthday to attend locally, so the location for us was perfect. There are cafe's, coffee shops, restaurants and a bottle shop literally downstairs from the apartment. We can confirm that the coffee shops served great coffee, the food in The Indian Room restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast at The Whisk and Ladle was awesome (and there was 12 us for breakfast).
In relation to the apartment, it looked just as good in person as it does in the photos, which is rare these days. It was immaculately presented (including a complimentary bottle of wine to kick off our weekend) and credit to the cleaners, because it looked fabulous. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were a great size and it was so nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine on a Friday evening before venturing out for dinner. There was nothing we could fault. Thanks to our wonderful host Rachel, who sent us all the instructions on where to park, how to collect the key fob, rubbish drop off points etc. and kept in touch over the weekend (just via email) to make sure everything was going smoothly.
