• Do-Chung (10/5): - This apartment was simply wonderful! I found it easily using Google Maps and arrived without any trouble. Although it’s not right in the city center, it’s located very close to the Colosseum — just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is situated in an old building and on the basement level, but it’s clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything inside was neat and thoughtfully arranged. One of the biggest advantages was parking — since the apartment is on a quiet dead-end street, we easily found a safe and super affordable parking spot right in front of the building. Only later did I realize how rare and valuable that is in Rome, where parking can be quite difficult to find. At first, I was a bit worried because I thought the apartment might be inside a restricted historical zone (ZTL), where foreign vehicles are not allowed. Fortunately, we arrived via the ring road directly to the apartment, without passing through the Colosseum area — so no issues at all. All in all, it’s a great place to stay: quiet, practical, and perfectly located for exploring Rome’s most iconic sites on foot.

• Amanda (9/5): Two nights in Rome - Spacious apartment near the Colloseum. There's a separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Only a few steps to go up into the apartment, easy to navigate with luggage. There many nice details that made a difference- plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and the best of all, a washing machine! This is a quiet area- no traffic noise at all. Close to several cafes. The Host was fantastic at communication- answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.

• Catherine (8/5): Très bon point de chute pour quelques jours d'exploration touristique à Rome - Appartement refait récemment et très bien équipé, propre. Bien situé à proximité du Colisée et des forums romains, du métro B et de quelques lignes de bus. Propriétaire très réactif. Appartement idéal pour qui veut faire un séjour touristique à Rome, en passant du temps en extérieur plus qu'à l'intérieur. L'appartement est très confortable mais peu lumineux.
• Asela De Costa (10/5): Amazing spot! - It was very spacious with all amenities such as a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed. It was also very clean and in an amazing location. A short walk to the Colosseum and restaurants. Highly recommend! A microwave would have been great.

El baño muy amplio con secador de pelo y la cocina pequeña pero tenía de todo, cafetera nespresso, cocina de gas, horno, hervidor y plancha. Tiene dos habitaciones, una con una cama doble armario y cómoda de cajones y otra que es un salón con sofá que usamos como cama doble, también cómodo. La cocina está aparte por lo que teníamos intimidad. Todo muy limpio. Ambas habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Todo bien

• timea (10/5): Ottimo appartamento per soggiornare un long weekend a Roma - Struttura molto accogliente, appartamento pulito e spazioso con 2 camere separate (camera+salottino con divano letto) ed aria condizionata. Cucina ben attrezzata dove abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione cialde caffè, acqua fresca in frigorifero , olio sale pepe, tovaglioli e scottex (non vengono quasi mai forniti). Anche il bagno fornito di set ospiti , shampoo e bagnoschiuma in doccia. Appartamento vicino al Colosseo in zona tranquilla dove è facile anche parcheggiare l’auto in tutta sicurezza. Ottimo e veloce check in Mi permetto di suggerire qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più ☺️

• Dominika (9/5): Superb - Very convinient apartment. 5 minute walk to coloseum, close to restaurants and shops, 10 mins to metro station. Quiet neighboirhood. Apartment was very clean and has any appliences you may need. Beds was comportable, wifi was working well. if I could find any flaws: the shower was quite small, and apartment doenst have much daylight as it has windows to inner courtyard. it wasnt a big deal for me as I didnt came to Rome to spend much time in flat and also it maybe an advantage in summer as it could be cooler inside. Plus: self-service luggage storage is very close, so you can enjoy a day without baggage if you arrive early in the morning or leave in the evening. Easy contact with Landlord.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect start to a good holiday - The location was close to the Colosseo, and had some good restaurants nearby. The train station and tram aren't too far away. The place was nice and secure, comfy bed and it was all self contained. Once I figured out the lock box, it was easy to come and go. Communication with Edward was clear and concise. I would highly recommend Maybe instructions on how to work the heater. I don't come from a country where we have central heating, so am not sure how to use the heater.

Also, nearby is a 24/7 grocery store if you had jet lag like we did! The owner was incredibly responsive and we had no problems with our stay whatsoever. Close to lovely authentic restaurants! A few issues with water temperature in shower, didn’t produce enough hot water for more than one shower.
• Kristina (9/5): Excellent short stay close to the Colosseum! - This property is at an excellent location with very close proximity to the Colosseum. The host was friendly. The apartment is located at ground floor level and was very clean. All the facilities were excellent, even contained a washing machine. Would have liked to have some fabric softener to put into the washing machine.

• Peta (10/5): Great location, great apartment! - The property was so cute cosy clean and conveniently located. We had such a great stay, short walk over to the colosseum! It was hot in Rome so the air conditioning was welcomed. The rooms were set up well with everything we needed available. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Rome! Tourist tax should be included in the stay price - didn’t enjoy the addition $ we had to leave.

We had to discover it for ourselves. The air conditioner keep turning off during the night, we had to wake up every couple of hours to turn it back on.

• Sebastian (10/5): Excellent stay near the Colosseum - Execellent location near the Colosseum. Parking at Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano for 7 euros/day (10 minutes walking). Apartment is very nice and has all that you need. We would definitely come back. Nothing!
• Zhi (10/5): Fabulous - This accommodation far exceeds our expectations. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops just around the corner (only a couple of minutes' walk). It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Colosseum. The beds, including the sofa bed, are very comfortable. The facilities in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen are sufficient. You have everything you need, such as towels, slippers, daily toiletries, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and all necessary items in the kitchen. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early and check out a bit later on our last day. There was a little bit noisy in the early morning. I think it’s a vehicle to collect rubbish outside.

• Irenahorovitz (9/5): Exceeding my expectations - I loved the fact that the apartament seems renovated fairly recently, but they kept the original floors. Great location, so close to EVERYTHING. Very comfortable bed and very clean. The host was very easy to reach and get help from. In general, it all exceeded our expectations. I recommend this property. Very smooth system to get the keys: It leaves the guest completely free to check in at any time - even if the flight/arrival should be delayed. The box containing the key was a bit hard to open. There is a system of numerical combo + buttons to press that was a bit hard to figure, but once the trick is done it was no problem at all. And that´s the only thing I could say was "bad".
• Kyra (10/5): Exceptional - This place is truly great ... I completely recommend staying here. And please know that I don't write reviews often. For me, it has the holy trinity: it's very clean, it has a comfortable bed and is quiet. This was my first proper time to Rome and I wanted somewhere close to the attractions however somewhere not too touristy. I was concerned that I would be the latter but it's so perfect. It's close to everything yet just enough removed.
