• Fabricio Sander (8/5): Boa opção de estadia em Montreal - Cama e travesseiros muito bons. Cozinha bem equipada com tudo que precisa para fazer comida, geladeira, fogão, microondas, forno, chaleira. Tinha um café simples cortesia de manhã. Banheiro muito bom. Comunicação com o anfitrião muito rapida e instrucoes de check in faceis. Na nossa segunda estadia depois de ficar 1 dia fora pareceu que a roupa de cama e toalhas eram as mesmas da primeira estadia (não foram trocadas), mas conseguimos pegar toalhas e fronhas novas depois de falar com o anfitrião. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas suficiente para conseguir abrir duas carry-ons (pode ser problematico pra quem tem mala grande). Estacionar no Canadá é confuso e como não tem estacionamento no local é um pouco chato entender como funciona, mas foi de boa de parar em uma rua proxima.

Can't tell what other food in shared fridge is available for use. Multiple instructions for everything else!

• Zhaojiang (5/5): Noisy rommates - Location. Didn't meet the owner, cannot rate the owner. Had bad roommates, making noise all night. No breakfast not even bread when I was there. First time Air B&B.No more.

• Jana (1/5): Bad - Nothing We could not sleep at all because the host family lived there and watched TV at 5.30 the morning directly next to our room and their kids were also very loud...so much money for nothing..the room was really small, very hot, one towel for 2 people

Owner himself comes for caretaking every afternoon and is extremely friendly and sensitive to needs of guests. The subway and bus stops are close by and the street is full of stores and restaurants There is no elevator in the property and dishwasher would be helpful
• Petra (8/5): Satisfiying, cheap, no fuss overnight stay. - We did not have any. We left early in the morning. At least one of the beds did not have washed sheets. They smelled of perspiration.
• Brandon (8/5): Affordable and well-taken care of stay near downtown montreal - Check in was easy and quick, and location was near a number of shops and restaurants making it convenient. Everything was clean and ready for the stay, and price was reasonable for a short stay at a self-service B&B. Could use more clarity on the optional breakfast as it was hard to understand what I was allowed to use and what I was not allowed to use. Coffee was provided as were dishes, but beyond that some signs were a bit confusing. That said, owner did provide contact info so that was helpful. My room was also a little bit small but servicable for a short stay. If I was staying longer or spending more time in the room it might have been more of a problem.
