W tym hotelu obsługa klienta jest naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo serdecznie dziękuję za niezapomniany pobyt. Teraz mam cudowne wspomnienia.

- Filiz (10/5): Top! - I had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and kindness. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel room was spotless and offered a beautiful view. The interior of the hotel is elegant and luxurious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and bathtub were perfectly clean. Everything was maintained to the highest standard. The location is also wonderful, very close to the Bosphorus with beautiful surroundings. I have visited Istanbul several times before, but The Ritz-Carlton is definitely my number one hotel in the city. The warmth of the people working there truly made the experience special. Highly recommended and absolutely worth it! Ik kan niets bedenken..

- Abu Fahad ✅ (9/5): خدمة الغرف ممتازة ويوفرون شطاف عند الطلب ، كما أن خدمة التنظيف رائعة، وطلب الطعام للغرف ممتاز - الافطار جيد لكن التنوع فيه ليس كبير عند الدخول يستلزم وضع اغراضك على سير تفتيش وذلك لجميع الاغراض الخاصة بك كم أن الفندق بجوار ملعب وصادف وجود مباراة اثناء سكني فتقريبا الشوارع المجاورة للفندق مغلقة ولا يوجد الا طريق واحد فاستغرق المشوار بدل ١٥ دقيقة ساعة و٤٠ دقيقة

Unser Zimmer hatten einen fantastischen Blick auf den Bosporus und es war in den ganzen 6 Tagen stets blitzsauber vom Roomservice hinterlassen. Insgesamt empfand ich das Personal als sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfreich. Insgesamt auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, für solch ein Hotel in der Klasse zahlt man an anderen Orten oftmals deutlich mehr. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen, wenn es mich wieder nach Istanbul verschägt. Ich habe leider einiges zugenommen an Gewicht durch das hervorragende und sehr umfangreiche Frühstück...
