• Anna (9/5): - Posizione ottimale per bus e metro. Un po' scomodo lavare i piatti, ma la cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare la colazione (incluso bollitore e tostapane) e per cucinare. Il letto a soppalco è stato molto apprezzato dai bambini.
• Dumitru (8/5): Cozy and clean apartment - At the ground floor. Easy checkin. Very clean. There were additional towels and blankets at our disposal. There was floor heating and it was warm. Water really hot and good stream. Tv was smart and you could connect your Netflix account. At the ground floor the windows opened directly on the street and it was a bit hard to have a lot of fresh air. But you could tild the windows and it was enough.

The neighbours were too loud early in the morning hours. We could hear them walking on the floor. The bathroom cabin was too small - if possible please invest in a larger one.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Vienna, and I would gladly come back again. The only small thing to improve would be to clean the drains in the bathroom a bit so that the water flows better.

• Narayana (2/5): Not recommended - Host was very understanding. a) felt a unsafe in that location - approach to the door, no lights, ground floor, poorly maintained stair well b) the cleaning supplies - chemicals, bathroom rolls, mops. were all stacked up inside the room and under the kitchen counter. They were supplies for a month or more. Not pleasant c) The room had a strong smell - from seepage d) Bathroom - when you sit, you will rub against the wall on the right. Not the right place to place the pot. It is very cramped. e) Washbasin - not a very functional one as it's not comfortable to wash your face or brush in the morning

He also gave early check-in and late check outs. - Near main station (public transport is 500-600 meters walk from apartment and main station is 800 meters away ) - Apartment was clean and shown in photos. - Enough toiletries were provided. kitchen was equipped with all essential items. - Kitchen was small (but like in photos). - Bathroom was very very small and difficult to get into shower due to size and position behind wash basin. - People living upstairs were very noisy and you can hear everything from upstairs, so was unpleasant when you are tired and need peace and want to rest. - Construction work ongoing, we were informed 2 days before checking, so build has scaffoldings on it. - Also apartment with 2 bedroom is on ground floor, so windows are practically useless and you cannot open it. felt like apartment without any windows.
