Sherilee (3/5): Very bad experience with this host. I do not recommend. - The size of the house is good and the location is good. The communication feels like it is through AI. The owners tell lies. We were unable to checkin in 45mins early because allegedly the cleaners were there. They were not there, (we checked) however they offered for us to pay extra to go in that little bit early so suddenly the cleaners weren't there, that was the first lie. When we did go into the house it smelt like it had not been opened up in months, definately not just freshly cleaned, that was the second lie. The Garage door was broken. The automation wasn't working so it could just be lifted up by anyone which meant the house was not secure. We advised the contact person straight away and sent videos and photos. They kept saying they would get it fixed but they never did so the house was not secure and we could not use the garage unless we manually lifted the door. Telling us someone was coming to fix it was the next lie. When we checked out we received a message half hour later saying the garage had been inspected and it was working which was another complete lie. There were also cockroaches and gheko's in the house. Very disappointing as the house is a great size and in a good location it is just a shame they lie so badly and didn't fix a major safety issue. I definately would not recommend booking with these people again.
Kerri (8/5): Had a lovely stay. The house was great for our group and ideal for a couple of families. The host was lovely to deal wi - The location was good and it was easy to get to our functions that were close by. The house was clean and spacious and well suited to the seven people in our group. The rear of the house backed onto a busy road which was quite noisy.
