• Alonso (7/5): Para unos días muy bien - La ubicación, está cerca de lo principal No hay mucha intimidad , ya que tienes que pasar por Las habitaciones para baño y cocina
• Barnfather (4/5): inadapté - entrée autonome - Ce logement n 'est clairement pas fait pour 5/6 personnes - Il ne s'agit pas de deux chambres - Il s'agit d 'une chambre et de divan-lit - un dans le salon et un dans la cuisine . De plus , il faut tout traverser pour aller à la salle de bain ... Le binome qui dort dans le divan lit de la cuisine , entend donc le frigo et la salle de bain ... Niveau bruit : horrible ! Il y a de grandes portes qui sont juste condamnées sur le coté couloir . Dés lors , on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe ! Pourquoi ne pas avoir mis une cloison ? Nous n'avons pas reçu le badge pour les poubelles et l 'airco fuyait très fort - Nous avons envoyé un message au concierge qui nous dit que quelqu'un passerait pour l 'airco et de poser les poubelles dans le hall ( un de ses collègues viendrait les chercher) . Résultats : quand nous sommes partis , l'airco fuyait toujours et nos poubelles étaient dans le hall depuis 3 jours . Après notre départ , on nous a contacté pour s'excuser et nous proposer une ristourne pour une prochaine réservation ... Nous n y retournerons pas -Le logement est inadapté .

• Agnieszka (3/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W apartamencie, pomimo, że był zarezerwowany na 5 os. brakowało pościeli i ręczników dla 5-tej osoby. Poza tym nikt nie zapanował nad gościami sąsiednich apartamentów, którzy urządzili sobie imprezę i hałasowali do 4.00 rano. Podatek miejski kazano nam zostawić w apartamencie na stole, a po tygodniu dostałam wiadomość mailową , że nie został uiszczony. Po moim telefonie obiecano mi, że sprawę wyjaśnią ale finalnie nikt więcej się nie odezwał.Apartamentem opiekuje się agencja i mam wrażenie, że niezbyt sobie radzi w szczycie sezonu.

• Molly (8/5): Very good - It was very secure, good location next the the tram, very clean We don’t see on the booking that it was one bed and a sofa bed felt it was a bit misleading as it said 2 bedrooms

• Gabriela (6/5): Delightful - Everything was extremely clean, very conveniently located, very comfortable, easy check-in, all about it was really good The wine glasses two of them are cracked. We noticed them since day one The zink is clogging and does not drain properly There are no bigger tea cups Not enough toilet paper WIFI did not work 80% of the time The wine opener was broken, we had to get the wine bottles opened at the market close by

• Khalia (2/5): Very poor - The location is very well connected, near several bus stops and the tram to reach the center. Only about a 20 minute walk from the center Duomo area. There were several small shops nearby to ascertain necessities. There were several things we did not enjoy: -Host did not provide correct key at first and took around 15 minutes after arrival to get response for correct key pin. - We travelled in February and it was extremely cold in the apartment despite stating there was heating provided. - Wifi connection was awful. At most, it worked from 30 minutes at a singular time and then would shut off but mainly worked in 10 minute intervals and we had to continuously restart the motem. We contacted host about this issue but they were impassive and did not take any clear action. Wifi was crucial as we were also teleworking. - We were only given provided 2 rolls of toilet paper despite being a group of 5 women. - The apartment across from us, which we was believe is rented by same host had a very rambunctious group who was extremely loud early in the morning, left the common door to the apartments open and also smoked in the common hallway between the two apartments. - Burners in the kitchen did not work for us. -Bathroom had a mildew smell. -No real shelving in the unit, even in the bathroom- there was nowhere to hang our towels.
• Metehan (1/5): Bad - There was not any point that we liked. It was the most terrible accommodation experience for us. The heaters didn't work and the room was so cold. Also there was no hot water. I contacted staff on WhatsApp along 4 hours and he couldn't help us. Although he said he sent his colleague for help, anyone came. We had to stay in this cold room with my family. We tried to sleep with our clothes.
• Jongchan (9/5): Good and Good - The bedding was comfortable and there was no inconvenience in preparing food. The accommodation was warm and there was a hot shower.
• Cao (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Very suitable for family travel. Generally very good. One potential upgrade is that the noise from the corridor can be heard.

• Rebecca (6/5): Fine, just for sleeping - It was clean and felt secure with the hallway code and door. Small, no air conditioning in bedroom, no towel hanging place, very small kitchenette, a bit dark. We stayed here to be close to a relative but wouldn’t recommend location to someone visiting for tourism only, it’s a bit far from the center.

• Hilda (9/5): Overall, our stay was fine. Place is roomy and clean. Beds and pillows were pretty hard but we managed. Wish we would’ve - Very spacious and clean. Enjoyed having Netflix and other streaming services. Just outside the main city but we were able to drive closer. Also, enjoyed the coffee shops close by. Beds and pillows too hard. Wi-Fi kept going out or not strong enough at times. We were able to hear people next door. Full conversation. They seem to be in room on the other side of ours. Just behind the door.
• Edward (9/5): Great value, beautiful apartment - Amazing apartment, great value. Loved it. one bedroom has glass doors so lack of privacy from the lounge. walls to thin.
