• Costanzo (4/5): Looks better on photo than in person - Having stayed in the Duomo area of Milan, this was new for me. In fact I loved the area. Safe, plenty of restaurants and tons of public transportation (trams, metro, bus). Internet works well and the unit is quiet. Several issues related to the property that i thought were not functional: -Although the washer worked, the dryer would stop working after 2 mins with a H2O error message. -In Italy its common to have a towel rack heater to dry, that was not functional as well and meant everything was damp. -The toilet would keep flushing and required you to tap the button to stop the flush...takes several attempts -The facet in the bathroom is not functional or impossible to operate...not ideal, but we ended up using the kitchen sink instead. -Both kitchen and bathroom faucet spouts spays water all over likely due to calcium build up. -Caution, there are 2 thermostats, the black one should not be touched...it is the heater. If you like a cool and fresh unit, this is not the place for you. -Last point and probably the most frustrating, there was an sewage odor coming from a locked basement door about 4 times a day and lasting about 20 minutes requiring me to open all the windows to air out the unit. I am not sure if it was related to poor maintenance on this particular unit or an issue with the building drainage...regardless the smell was nauseating. I advised the manager via Whatsapp and they said they'd fix everything. I have my doubts having now read earlier reviews with the same issues. This unit is tired and needs some serious love and care.

• Raphael (10/5): Exceptional - Despite being around the city center, the apartment is exceptionally quiet: no city noises of any kind, which makes for great sleep. It was very convenient to have things like salt, tea, washing up liquid or detergent. The lowest rating of the apartment is for the quality of the internet: I have to stress that this no longer applies, apparently the service has been upgraded and the internet now is very fast, one of the best I've seen when traveling. I attach a screenshot of my own speed test. All in all, excellent value for the money.

• Melani (10/5): Stylish and memorable place to stay - We had a great stay at this apartment in Milan! Communication with the hosts was excellent—they gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, which made our arrival smooth. We were a little surprised at first by the request for passport photos in advance, but it seems to be standard bureaucracy in Italy, so just something to be aware of. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had a very unique, artsy design. It’s definitely not your average, practical setup—but that’s part of its charm. If you’re looking for something with character and a creative touch, this place is a great pick. That said, it’s probably not ideal for clumsy people—there are some quirky layout choices and decorative elements that might be better suited for the graceful and careful! The kitchen seemed well-equipped, although we didn’t end up using it. The living space was comfortable, and the TV had all the streaming subscriptions, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, though there was some weekday construction nearby that could get a bit noisy at times. Also, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear the neighbors occasionally—nothing major, but worth noting. Location-wise, it’s well connected. There are several great restaurants just around the corner, a tram stop close by, and the nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk—making it easy to get around Milan. All in all, a stylish and memorable place to stay—perfect for travelers looking for something a little different and full of personality! That said, there were a few minor inconveniences to note. The toilet water kept running after flushing, so you had to press the button a few times to get it to stop. The bathroom sink was tricky too—adjusting the water temperature was a challenge, and it tended to spray a bit. The Wi-Fi was quite slow, and at times we couldn’t connect at all, which might be frustrating if you're non-EU. Also, the automatic lighting system, while modern, turned out to be a bit too sensitive—lights would turn on and off frequently while moving around, which got slightly annoying.

• Shaddyriaz (10/5): Exceptional - Really beautiful apartment in a great location. Quiet but close enough to main shopping areas. The apartment is very comfortable. The bed is great, giving a super night's sleep. Very nice kitchen and bathroom facilities. For the facilities, Lights, heating and shower setting take a little bit to get familiar with, but for this reason I recommend staying longer. Self check in instructions are very easy and the hosts stay in contact by WhatsApp to ensure everything is OK. Compliments to Mr. A. While initially I had concerns about staying in apartment with remote host and being requested passport details, the concerns are quickly gone as the communication from the host is done perfectly. Both apartment and service from the host are Simply outstanding. Nothing. It's a great place to stay.
• Sam (10/5): beautiful and close to transportation! - everything! so beautifully decorated, huge windows with blackout shades, very kind staff that checked up on us, great size, short walk away from all kinds of transportation, the list goes on! absolutely worth the price :) partner and i could not figure out how to turn off the strip lights above the cabinets in the kitchen of our apartment for the life of us. ended up having to use our towels to cover them up at night because the staff didn’t know specifically how to turn them off either lol. also loved the look of the modern faucet in the bathroom sink and shower but it was so hard to change the temp or turn on and not have it full blasting water everywhere but both of these complaints are minor!
• Sue (5/5): Milan was fab if somewhat packed - The location was excellent. Minutes from tram, metro and two small supermarkets. Could walk to station in fifteen minutes. Beds were comfortable and the host easy to contact The dog crying until late for three evenings in a row and then barking until three am on one. I love dogs and it absolutely broke my heart. I didn't sleep properly for three nights. The toilet didn't stop running after it had been flushed, the kettle didn't turn off, we couldn't get the heating to work, the seats faced the wrong way to the TV, you got drenched every time you used the sink in the bathroom where the taps were really difficult to operate, very strange set up. The host did ask why we didn't report it but when on holiday unless it is something life or death, like we didn't have water on the first day, you can't be bothered. We were on holiday. The apartment was tired, too glitzy and not practical.

• Fiona (9/5): Great apartment stay - but don't rely on WIFI - This apartment has everything you need. Great if you want to use the kitchen to cook - has all supplies. Bathroom / shower is lovely. Lots of closet space if you were looking to stay long term. The WIFI is very, very bad. We ran a speed test and it was extremely slow. I was unable to work out of the apartment until I used my phone hotspot which I had to pay extra for data roaming. They really need to fix the WIFI. Also, there is a desk upstairs to work but there is no comfortable chair in the house to use for long sitting hours.

Very spacious and has funky modern style in the best way possible. 2 minutes away there is metro and tram stop. Amazing restaurant is located next door. Very safe location too.

A great bed, the whole room is filled with a lot of art details and a lot of small interesting things! Special thanks for the kitchen and its filling! Great upper level with cozy seating. Space for personal items. There is nothing I didn't like.. but not for small children or clumsy adults!
