Important Information

Please note that final cleaning and linen/towels are included in the room rate. Please note that pets are allowed in only certain apartments. Guests may bring one dog (upon request and only in Apartments 06 and 10), for a fixed fee of EUR 50. The municipality of Binz is expected to carry out road construction work on the car access road to the property (Schwedenstrasse) from October 7, 2024. This will result in a complete closure of the road until around 30. April 2026. The adjacent properties cannot be reached by car. However, you can reach the accommodations on foot via the beach promenade. Replacement parking spaces will be provided in Binz. We will endeavor to provide parking spaces close to the property, depending on availability. There may also be noise pollution.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Simone (10/5): toll! - Wir lieben Rügen und Binz und haben in fiesem Haus schon eine andere Wohnung gemietet; die Nähe zur Ostsee ist traumhaft und die Wohnung war einfach toll! Im Schlafzimmer ist es sehr hell, lieber eine Schlafbrille mitbringen. Das Schlafzimmer ist morgens sehr hell, Verdunkelungsrollos wären optimal!
Susanne (9/5): Geschmackvolle Wohnung in erster Reihe - Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung mit echten Gemälden, schönen Möbeln und Meer- und Strandblick. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Ortsmitte und am Strand. Zu unserer Zeit wurde gerade die Straße vor dem Gebäude erneuert und man konnte das Gebäude nicht mit dem Auto anfahren; Das Be- und Entladen war schon etwas anstrengend und zum Parkplatz ging es ein Stück ziemlich steil den Berg hoch. Als wir die Wohnung gebucht haben, war uns das allerdings bekannt.

Markus (8/5): - Die Lage ist einfach top: man geht raus und ist direkt am Strand bzw der Strandpromenade. In direkter Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants. (Fisch, Pizza, Steak, Burger) Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist insgesamt neuwertig. Besonders schön ist die vollständig ausgestatte Küche: Herd, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Gefrierfach, Eierkocher.... Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick zum Ort. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmer zusätzlich zur großen Wohnküche und dem Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer abdunkelbar. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Urlaub war top. Auf booking.com ging nicht hervor dass die Waschmaschine gebührenpflichtig ist. Grundsätzlich habe ich auch kein Problem für die Waschmaschine eine kleine Gebühr zu bezahlen aber das sollte auch so ausgezeichnet sein. Der Fernseher war nicht Funktionstüchtigkeit. Trotz erneuten Sendersuchlauf keine Sender empfangen. Insgesamt waren zu wenig Mülleimer am Haus. Die Mülltonnen waren durch einen Sichtschutz am Haus abgetrennt. Trotzdem unschön. Wir waren wie viele andere Mieter mit unserem Kind (1.5 Jahre alt) dort. Der Windelberg an den Mülleimern ist vorprogrammiert. Riechen tut man davon aber nichts.

Donald (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything that we needed, including a complete kitchen and dining table. Best feature was the proximity to the beach. Also, the reception desk gave us "beach cards" which were needed, according to city rules, to venture onto the excellent white sand beach. We would be happy to stay there again.
