- Nelly (1/5): I would expect a well-functioning AC from an apartment that explicitly states it has one in its name. - Location. We booked this place specifically because we wanted to stay in an apartment with AC. However, when we arrived we were surprised to find out that the main AC was not working (without informing us). On the second day, another AC started to leak, forcing us to turn it off. We informed the accommodation about the issues, but they refused to provide fair compensation. Instead, they offered poor compensation that was not sufficient given the circumstances. 5th floor, not recommended with children and luggage.
