Machine à laver Métro West Brompton à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Linge, nécessaire de douche et cuisine à disposition. Commerces au bout de la rue. Elena est très disponible et a l’écoute. • Nick (10/5): Great apartment, will stay again! - Great location, was close to local high street and had a really great community feel. Short walk to several decent coffee shops and close to the Tube.
• Keogh (10/5): We want to live here! - Perfect location, cosy, lovely court yard, quiet, really clean, loads of storage/hanging space, door hooks, full length mirrors, secure, two smart tvs Dining table took up too much space in kitchen/lounge area so only room for a snuggle chair for two. A foldaway table might create more room for comfiness.
• Igor (10/5): Apartamento limpo e confortável, localização prática e anfitriã muito atenciosa. - A casa foi ótima para 3 pessoas (um casal, mais uma pessoa), com todos acomodados muito confortavelmente. Fica a poucos minutos de caminhada para a estação de metrô West Brompton (menos de 10min) e de Earl's Court (um pouco mais de 10min), que basicamente levam a todos os pontos de Londres. O bairro é muito silencioso, a rua é totalmente residencial, mas com comércio farto logo no fim da rua. Além disso, encontramos o imóvel muito bem limpo e a anfitrião Elena é muito responsiva e nos passou todas as instruções com muito detalhe. Enfim, achamos ótimo e ficaríamos novamente se voltarmos a Londres. Não aplicável.
• Shazsam (9/5): - Great apartment in a nice quiet location. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower and separate toilet. Close to the tube, supermarket and fast food. Not too much to fault here but we would've liked a sharp knife, a chopping board and some thick fluffy towels.
• Nalini (8/5): Was very happy with the place. Rooms were spacious. Everything very clean and modern. Thanks Elena. - The apartment was modern, clean and bright. Most of one's needs were provided for, and we did not have to worry about much. It was unfortunate that the coffemaker was leaking but the host replaced it immediately. Though a bit chilly it was very nice to have a courtyard right by the kitchen. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately the coffee Plunger was leaking. The host did respond quickly and despite my sending a picture, the replacement was only big enough for one person, when the apartment can host at least 4-5 persons. Also the lounge/sitting area very small, though cosy.

• Tom (9/5): Heel fijn appartement - Schoon en comfortabel, ruim genoeg, zelfs een tuin. Heel uitgebreide informatie over het appartement en de omgeving voor aankomst. Heel snelle reactie op berichten. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben aanwezig in het appartement, veel kastruimte, goede bedden, prima WiFi. Rustige omgeving Ik had het fijn gevonden als er iets voor het raam aan de achterkant had gehangen, nu had ik het gevoel dat de achterburen binnen konden kijken, zeker als het licht aan is binnen. • Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing. Easy access to the Piccadilly and district lines. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.
• Andy (2/5): Property not ready for us - We booked on the day of arrival and received an email with entry details and check in time of 3pm. We arrived at 7pm, let ourselves in and found the place in a complete state with sheets drying on chairs and even someone’s passport on the kitchen table. We immediately left and found somewhere else to stay. We were later called by the host at 10.30pm to say the flat was ready for us! When I said that we had been earlier, she said she hadn’t seen the booking as she was on a plane then started trying to make out it was our fault for booking late. Clearly you shouldn’t be taking instant bookings if you aren’t able to fulfil them. I would not have minded nor left a review if she had just apologised for the inconvenience, but thought it was completely out of order trying to blame us for her mistake.

• Abdelhakim (8/5): Very good - The location was superb. Very calm, close to many shops. The appartement in itself was nice, the bedding in itself was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and many other utilities were available which is truly helpful. The host was nice as we communicated by messages many times and was always available. To access the apartment the process is easy as well, which only furthers its advantages. It was a bit stuffy as there was some kind of lingering smell around, might be the pesticide for flies or something. The smell was one of the downfalls of our stay, lingering especially in the kitchen and entrance. It goes away after moving around and spritzing your perfume.

Near to supermarkets and relatively easy to find nearest tube stations. Host is very nice and friendly. House is a little damp perhaps at lower ground floor when we first enter. Got better after we turn the heater up for one night.

• Juraj (10/5): Perfect local flat in Fulham for family stay - Everything was perfect! Starting with location - Fulham, safe and calm area, close to Central Line tube station West Brompton. Central Line is the one, which leads you through the heart of the London (from South Kensington through Westminster to Tower,...). Secondly - contact with the owner was very smooth and everything was clearly explained even without even meeting her. Then - the accommodation itself - flat is located in the classic local district house half a floor below the sidewalk level. This is not noticable inside of flat, as kitchen has a small garden outside, so you do not have a feeling being in a cellar. This half a floor below is common location of flats in whole area. Flat has two separate bedrooms both with King size bed, ideal for family of four. Both bedrooms has blinds. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay, not only few days. Really everything. Outside sitting area in calm garden was not used by us due to winter time visit, but I can easily imagine myself drinking a glass of wine in the summer evening after a day spent in the city. Bathroom & Toilet - no isse at all. Hot water is provided by local boiler, no issue to cover the consumption of showering four member family one-by-one. Central heating is operated by the same boiler, so just turn it on if you are not an English guy :) Flat is well maintained, if any negatives were find they are so unimportant I am not reffering them at all. Really, nothing to complain, we were highly satisfied and when travelling to London again, we will firstly check availability of this property. Shoping locations (groceries) are nearby, 5-10min by a nice walk through area. The only one recommendation - landlord should clean radiators, inside of them is significant amount of dust, easily visible by eyes. Not just wipe their surface but to open their cover and vacuum the dust out of them. This was the only one "optical" complain, but it does not affect our stay at all. I believe this negative point will be improved.
• Ruth (9/5): very enjoyable and worthwile - we enjoyed the cosy little town house athmosphere and the easy walk to shops and public transportation. Flat was recently remodeled and very tastfully furnished. Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Sitting area is nice but tiny unless you can use the garden (not in Jan.), for max. overall impression front entrance could use a little upgrade (weed, debris, outside light).
• Shauna (7/5): lovely location - just the right size. I am not sure the hostess and cleaners weren’t in good communication? - The location was amazing. The apartment was clean and sparkling. When we had issues the hostess was responsive. It was as freezing when we arrived as someone had turned the boiler off, but we got it warmed up - took some hours though. There was no notebook with information about the apartment - WiFi or the boiler. The hostess didn’t know the WiFi - we found it on the bottom of the router.

• Fabian (10/5): We’ll be back to stay next year! - The property has just been renovated & furnished in a very modern style. We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay. It has a great courtyard to sit in, with outdoor furniture, which is also useful for drying clothes. The host is friendly & great at communicating if we had any queries. it was a short walk to West Bromptom station, or slightly longer to Earls Court or Fulham Broadway. There’s a supermarket at the end of the street as well as cafes. There are bars & pubs not much further. You’re a short walk to highly esteemed Harwood Arms. The front bedroom is light at night time.
