• Alyssa (10/5): Lovely :) - Property was modern, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood in Milan. Upon checking out, I realized I had left a few important items behind. The owner has been in constant communication with me, easing my peace of mind, and is sending it back to me in another country. The kindness and communication have been beyond anything I could have hoped for. The communication and clear directions from the start of the rental for check-in set the tone and made everything easy.

Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We would highly recommend this apartment and certainly use it again. Nothing, all good.

• Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Beautifully presented and comfortable apartment with clear and concise guides supplied to help you locate the property and gain access, connect to the wifi, disposal of rubbish etc. Two very minor things, it could maybe benefit from a clothes airer just to give somewhere to put clothes out of the tumble dryer and a toaster would've been nice for breakfast time.
