• Doris (7/5): - Die Räume sind groß, hell und sauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist schon etwas weit weg von der nächsten U-Bahn Station, für das Angebot ist der Preis insgesamt zu hoch.

Mieszkanie jest przestronne, bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało. Dużym plusem jest wygodne łóżko oraz nowoczesna kuchnia, w której można spokojnie przygotować posiłki. Lokalizacja również zasługuje na wyróżnienie – blisko do centrum i atrakcji, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Kontakt z gospodarzem był szybki i bezproblemowy. Wszystko było w porządku

• Carolina (7/5): Great option for a good price in Vienna. - The property is well located, with good access by public transport. The bedding was very conformable, definitely the highlight of the apartment. Towels were available and there was soap in the bathroom (for hands and showering). The building is old but the apartment is good. Others have mentioned but there is no elevator. We only had small luggage so it was fine but I believe with heavier bags it can get a bit hard. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen so I cannot give an opinion on that. But overall the apartment was perfect for the one night we stayed in Vienna, with a great price which is also important. Can’t really point out anything. The pictures and the other reviews describe the apartment as it really is.

• Tamara (7/5): - There are restaurants nearby. You can park on the street for free during weekend It could have been overall a bit cleaner. The wifi was unconnecting. The couch is for 1 smaller person, definitely not for 2 people.

The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The host was very polite and attentive, providing us with clear and detailed instructions for check-in — we were able to enter the apartment quickly and without any issues. Thank you so much for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The host was very nice and notified us that we've left few clothes in the wardrobe. Unfortunatelly, the apartment wasn't clean and equipped well enough, not even a small chopping board in the kitchen, electrical socket in bedroom wasn't working.

• Evgeniy (5/5): Cold apartment, until you figure out by yourself how to warm it. - An average apartment, nothing special, with a wobbly table. It's cold unless you figure out how to deal with the heating. When I asked the manager how to adjust the temperature, they said it was through the thermostat, but that turned out to be untrue. I had to manually adjust the settings on the gas boiler myself—specifically, you need to increase the radiator temperature significantly. Otherwise, no matter how much you adjust the thermostat, it won't make a difference. Good luck to the hosts, they should try being more helpful to their guests. I wouldn't recommend this place. The house rules are absolutely ridiculous, with fines for every little thing, but they offer very little help in return.

• Igor (8/5): Very good - Generally the apartment was quite good. The location is near the bus station and some good restaurants. Inside the apartment was warm and a lot of towels. The hanger was broken and some sockets didn't work at all.

Also, the apartment was spacious and fit our whole family comfortably for our short stay. Parking was extremely difficult. The guest bed (sofa bed) linen was inadequate.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very cozy — I liked everything about it. The location is excellent, with a metro station and shopping center nearby, which is super convenient. Parking might not be free, but we managed to park without paying on the weekend. Overall, highly recommend it, I didn't find any downsides.

They asked for doctor's reports and although I informed them, no help was given regarding free cancellation or postponing the date. Except for this one, the 4 facilities I rented were canceled immediately. Humanity is important. I would never choose again.

In order to receive the keys, it was necessary to register all family members with passport data online. After I did it through the watsapp link, I started getting spam on my phone.

Outside temperature around 32 degrees, inside the apartment was 30-31 We had a fan in the room but was not enough Cleaning can be improved A small renovation should be done to fix the dirty walls / sockets that are outside the wall

• Xch429 (9/5): Good Value for an apartment for four adults - Very rare find for a two-bedroom apartment to accommodate four people without having to sleep on a sofabed in the living room. The main bedroom was very bright and spacious, the smaller bedroom has plenty of space for storage. Kitchen is well-equipped, bathroom nice and clean.
