• Tomas (8/5): Will choose a different accommodation next time. - Newer equipment of the room, everything was clean. Good mattress. LED lighting. Ski room for ski boots with heated equipment. Friendly parents of the owner - said goodbye when we were leaving. Offer to carry part of our luggage up to the third floor upon arrival. - small chaos during check-in (accommodation was expecting just one person although we were two as ordered via booking) - the second day during breakfast we were clearly told that we cannot use anything from the kitchen (cutlery, plates, nothing) because otherwise we will be charged EUR 80 (for cleaning) as was written in the terms and conditions. Using one plate and fridge (and not using the oven or stove for proper cooking) did not deserve such a warning. Finally we were told that alright, we would not be charged. All in all, this left us with a feeling that the accommodation is providing us some special favour and the feeling was not pleasing. - breakfast was rather poor. Everything was served like exactly for the number of persons accommodated. No scrambled eggs available (just hard boiled), not so much vegetables (just couple of cherry tomatoes and small amount amount of pepper stripes), almost no fruits (except for 3 apples and fruits compote). The staff asked whether we want something else to be added but the choice was limited and definitely not the "fabulous breakfast" as you are normally offered in other pension houses / accommodations. One of the worst Austrian standards we have experienced over two decades visiting Austrian accommodations. - parking lot very small for a bigger car - no possibility to charge an electric car (although a number of EV points in the vicinity.

Snídaně opravdu skromne...čaj ani kávu si nemůžete udělat sami,tu vám každé ráno udělá sama majitelka při optání.Vajíčko pouze na tvrdo a přinese je samostatně pouze pro Vas.Vadilo mi že majitelka při snídaní chodí okolo vás uklízí kuchyň meje nádobí...nemáte to úplně v klidu.Sladke ke kávě máte sušenky nebo kousek sladkého pečiva přepúleneho napůl.Bohuzel je vidět že tady se majitele snaží usetrit kde to jde.Škoda protože jinak hezké ubytování.

Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und man konnte abends einen atemberaubenden Ausblick genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! He offered us all the information needed to stroll around + a free cable car trip to a nearby mountain attraction. Nearby a loud music night event took place, yet fortunately the apartment was well soundproofed (with windows closed of course).
• Peter (9/5): Just Perfect - The location is perfect. The Pension is 100m away from the town center. The Bus stop, the next grocery store is 5 min walk. The Pension has a great breakfast, it is cosy, and the owners are very friendly. The room was perfect, with a big terrace , which is facing the Stubai Glacier. The room is perfectly equiped and has everything what you need for a shorter or longer stay. The apartment's kitchenette, which features a refrigerator and kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food, but there is a 60 EUR surplus for cleaning the room.

We were pleasantly surprised about the operating Netflix. There is also a kitchen for everyone to use. It was a nice stay. What we would like to advise to the hosts is an easier way to check-in cause we were worried about our 30 mins later check-in, waited quite long for an answer and in the end had to change our plans. Nowadays there are quite a lot of ways to make the check-in process easier and less stressful. Also it was the longest check-in questionnaire that we've ever filled out. Not a problem, just surprised))

• Simone (10/5): Great place to stay! - What a lovely guest house! The room was immaculate, spacious and tastefully modern, yet in a beautiful old style house. I got a room with a balcony and great view of the valley and mountains. The family who run the guesthouse are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the hiking trails and skiing. The breakfast buffet is great, the location perfectly close to the village centre and a bus stop, the WiFi good and everything just worked out so well for me. This is a very good place to stay longer.
• Radoslaw (10/5): Excellent accommodation in Neustift - Excellent quality of accommodation. We were traveling in transit and booked literally last minute. Owner prepared the room in no time and offered good advice where to eat. Safe parking spot, I left MTB bikes on the car roof overnight without hesitation. Parking lot is small (4 cars) and when we were there there were 6 cars of guests, which required some double-parking. Parking lot is tight to approach and reverse, I imagine it could be uncomfortable for novice drivers.
