Very spacious property for 8 of us, really comfy beds, and great living room and kitchen facilities (we loved the pool table!!). Very grateful for our stay here as ended up booking last minute due to a previous cancellation, so we were very pleased with out last minute find! • Aaron (8/5): Very nicely done out. Clean and tidy, hot tub lovely addition to the stay. Parking easy enough 2 minutes walk to the hou - Very close to our work location. Clean Comfortable beds Hot tub nice to chill in after work Small petty picky things really No dish cloths or tea towels to dry the washing up. No tin foil to help protect the oven tray while cooking Pool table rubbish! not stright forward to use. The whole living room needs moving about to be able to use effectively. From the photos I assumed it was in its own room..

• Lucy (8/5): Very good - Quiet location, easy to drive to and the the free parking was a bonus. Easy to get to Central London and the tube is only 20 minutes walk away. Another shower/bath would be handy but thankfully there was a second toilet. Didn't use the pool table or cook a meal so can't comment of these facilites.
• Baycheva (7/5): Thanks for the hot tub - The hot tub the most There was no coffe machine and the heating wasn’t on when we went there the house was freezing. The location was hard to find even taxi driver couldn’t find us for 30 minutes of waiting for us. It was nothing like the picture they was pretending like it was 10/10 house treating us like it was luxury apartment when in reality it was just an estate house. The photographer was very good at doing their job as hot tub looked bigger and the rooms look bigger
• Tommy (9/5): Great place for both small and large groups - The house comfortably sleeps 8. The living room is a good space to get together and hang out (and test your skills, or lack of, at pool). The kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you need when you arrive. We found the house to be clean and well kept. There are some hidden gems nearby when it comes to getting something to eat. If you just need to get something from the store it is a couple of minutes away. Great location if you are going to a game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Because there have been issues with complaints due to excessive noise from other guests, there is a focus on keeping noise down. This in turn had us a bit on pins and needles at the start of our stay, but we got more comfortable as the days passed. I would say; if you are looking for a place to party, then this is not the place for you. If you want to have a pleasant stay with family or friends I would definitely recommend it. (If you want to party and let loose, there are plenty of opportunities to do this nearby)

• William (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this property is great as it is just a short walk to the tube that takes your straight into London, the house was clean and spacious with the beds been very comfortable, we had 7 people and it was perfect, the communication from the host was perfect with detailed instructions about the check in and propert. I would strongly recommend this place if visiting the capital.

• Ali (3/5): Not bad but it could be better - Nothing was special but I have to admit that the facility clean and well maintained The communication with the owner was really difficult he just text throughout the application, you find yourself traveling with no insurance of the accommodation. The host never answer the phone calls The location of the facility is really difficult more than 15 minutes from the metro station, very dark neighborhoods where you do not feel safe walking around during night No decent restaurants around My airport transport was late by an hour and the host send. A cleaner who kicked us with the kids outside the facility with our luggages and she was very rude Nothing was broken or damaged but the host insisted in not refunding the security deposit as the cleaning lady was not happy about the facility cleaningness when we left we should done the job for her
• Eileen (9/5): overall great just a couple of niggles - it was clean, tidy and well presented a lot of softener on the bedding and towels, felt and looked fresh and clean but not great with sensitive skin. the hot tub looked clean and fresh but when the bubbles were on there was a lot of other peoples skin, not cleaned out in between guests and seeing all the skin put us off using it the second day unfortunately
