- Guest (4/5): Not what I was expecting - Easily accessible The kitchen had a funny smell, likely coming from the washing machine. The linen had not been changed when we checked in. Hair from previous occupants found on pillows

So i didn't really have access to the kitchen table and the livingroom because they were always there. One of them eat pan fry meat every day and the fan on top of the stove didn't work so the appartment smell fry meat all the time ,,,,,,it was not pleasant
- Raphael (10/5): Very affordable, private, clean, nice, spacious bedroom. - The location is very good, it is nearby one of the more expensive locations in Miami(5 blocks away from Brickell Downtown); although the place is surprisingly affordable with the other places around. It’s a simple building but the price is amazing. It was very clean and I had a great experience, it’s a nice spacious bedroom with a private bathroom with I also liked. I saw a shared bedroom as well but I didn’t stay in that one. It’s a private bedroom, but in a shared apartment, so that’s my only complaint but, for the price you can’t beat it. The people there were also very friendly though.

- Davonta (8/5): Nice location , just be prepared for common roommate situations - Nice view , cool roommates from my experience Your basically renting a room in a place that two people actually live at. Not an issue But I had to worry about common roommate stuff like on my stay we ran out of tissue .. that never got replaced… the kitchen was a big turn on but there no pots available to cook with beside the used one in the sink that wasn’t washed… yeah roommate stuff
