Lavon (2/5): For the price and location, I expected a higher level of upkeep and guest convenience. Some basic repairs, deeper cleani - I stayed here from October 30 – November 3, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The unit was not as clean or well-maintained as expected. The furniture was noticeably dirty, and the headboard was peeling, giving the space a worn-out appearance. The countertops had visible stains and damage, and there were scuff marks on the walls. Additionally, the water in the shower never got hot, which made daily use uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the key fob didn’t work for the elevator, so I had to go to the front desk every day to have it reset — very inconvenient, especially during a multi-day stay. For the price and location, I expected a higher level of upkeep and guest convenience. Some basic repairs, deeper cleaning, and attention to guest access would make a big difference for future visitors.
