- Anonymous (10/5): The stay was great, close and convenient. I noticed the bins weren’t taken out but I took them out when we checked out - Close and convenient
- Lya (6/5): Great location, if these things are fixed up,, everything would be great. - Key pickup - the locked PO Box was open and full of junk mail. The key was there but the plastic swipe card had broken corners soo kept coming off the key ring ( lucky not to lose it)
Also another set of keys would have been helpful, someone had to keep leaving the apartment to let others in.
NO REMOTE TO THE CARPARK and NO WAY TO MANUALLY ENTER IT. Very irritating to not park at the apartment block. The street is very busy and almost impossible to park in.
INSIDE- nice apartment, clean and tidy. But the light switch in the ensuite is stuck on with tape, it didn’t always work or turn off first go. The TV was on a stand but the wall Mount was still on the wall, very ugly.
The owner was contactable and said he would pay for parking on the street if necessary, so that was a relief.

- Brett (2/5): Very poor - The actual room was OK but I have followed up multiple times to get a tax invoice for work and no answer to calls, no response to texts and nor response to emails....... WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? I called Booking.Com and they said they spoke to the host and it would be sorted but it's been another couple weeks and still nothing......
