• Francis (3/5): The worse stay I ever had in Air BnB!! Decided to book hotels from now onwards.. - Location was great. Room was soo small. Curtain can't close. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Water was soo hot when showering. Worse!! The heater cannot be adjusted. You can't even shower for more than 5 mins!! Fan speed cannot be adjusted.. It was auto adjusted to the highest speed. The aircon flap also spoilt.

• Bryan (9/5): Superb - Check-in was straightforward with a lockbox in the letterbox. Compared to some other places I’ve stayed at in JB, the process felt very efficient. The location is convenient — within walking distance to AEON Mall, and there’s a well-known bakery just downstairs. The pool was clean and in good condition, a nice option if you want to relax for a bit Overall, the stay was pleasant. If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the bed felt quite worn — in some spots, the springs were noticeable. It wasn’t a major issue, but it might be time for a change in the bed

• Annette (7/5): Easy self check in and safe and secure room for an overnight stay to attend our sons football tournament - It was close to Marlborough College as well as shops and restaurants It is simply decorated but clean and met our requirements
• Yu (4/5): Cleanliness not as good, strong smell upon check in and we had to find ways to make it work for our stay. Nonetheless re - The host was very responsive when we requested for information. The security guard was very responsible and helpful, which made us feel more secured. There are many delicious eateries around the homestay. It had a strong smell when we first checked in. After some time then we realised the smell came from blanket and bedsheet which were not fully dried. We had to open the glass door to air the room, else we can’t even sleep. The floor was a little sticky too. Overall the cleanliness wasn’t as good as our expectations. Saw review that the fan controller was spoilt, end up we also had same issue during our stay, not sure if the host has repaired after feedback from previous guests.

Th water heater cannot adjust the heat level and should provide face towels as well at least drinking waters. Needs lots of improvement
