• paul (1/5): Stressful and frustrating organisation - Nothing, didn’t get to stay there as the people that hire the appartment to us would not respond to our message on instructions for check in. Our whole weekend was totally ruined because of this situation. We had to find somewhere else to stay which was a difficult task. We would never recommend this to anyone , this has been the worst experience of our lives. We miss a big part of a family wedding because of this happening, Very Very disappointed

• Leigh (9/5): A delightfully bright, clean and well equiped family holiday apartment and would recommend to friends - Location overlooking park with large trees and close access to tram stop. Simple and tastefully decorated. Fully equiped with everything needed for holiday. Wonderful roof top open air swimming pool. Only one towel per person and only one tea towel. Therefore we needed daily washing and drying. Could not set Air conditioner control on a set temperature. It always reset at a too high temperature. Children’s bedroom (Kmart) lamp shade was very fragile glass. It was accidentally knocked off side table and broke into fine glass fragments. This could have been very dangerous.
• John (7/5): Good - Location There was no dish washing tablet, a little bit of dish washing liquid, soap , conditioner and only 2 toilet papers available for 3 days stay.Bad quality towels. No milk and coffee .Taking $500 deposit which was unusual which it was not a hotel.Asking for photo and copy of my license????
• Adrian (8/5): Good Melbourne stay. - It had a beautiful outlook onto the common with lovely trees. It was very quiet and dark for sleeping. The location was great for the tram. The pool was fantastic and the central heating/cooling worked wonderfully on a very hot day. The wifi was easy and reliable. It was not very clean. Not particularly dirty, but just not fresh, almost like it needed a better vacuum and wipe over. The toilet seat did not seem to fit the toilet properly and the lid kept falling down when sitting on it. We clearly registered that there was five people staying, and the couch was possible to sleep on, but there was no fifth item available (eg, towel, sheet, bowl).
• Lauren (1/5): poor service - nothing The room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 5 pm. I had to call the host to organise for the cleaner to come. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience and lack of organisation. and I still have not received my 500 bond back. I would not stay here again
• Lynette (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice outlook from the balcony and the accommodation was usually very quiet. There is music and crowd noise from Friday night through to Sunday from the Commonors Bar that the apartment looks out too but it wasn't a major issue. Vincent, the cleaner we dealt with was excellent and endeavoured to solve any issues we had with the property by providing clean linen, the light globes and an extra tea towel on our 2nd stay. The host was not often available by phone and slow to respond to requests such as extending our stay, needing light globes for the lamps, a bathmat, and an extra Tea towel. The couch is very low to the ground and made up of several square what look like foot stools. I think it considered the 3rd bed which would be very uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on. We had to move out for a night as the apartment was booked for one night and when we returned we noticed that the bed linen had not been changed along with globes, bathmat and ttowels provided since our previous stay. It also takes weeks for the $500 bond to be returned which I had to chase up and it costs an extra $7.50 to provide the host with the bond.
