- Nasser (3/5): Uncomfortable for poor service - Only the size of the apartment. Completely nothing else. Firstly not recommending to reserve the apartment on the summer season because there is no Air conditioning . it,s too hot place only they putting fan in the rooms, also they didn’t put fan in the living room , so you have to take the fan each time from your room to the living room and vice versa to can be stay with a little bit air. secondly there is a lot of Insects in the property and bees comes from outside when you open the window to get air from outside because as I wrote before the property too hot. Thirdly there is nobody comes to clean your apartment every day as the usual service in all the professional apartments or hotels. Fourth and finally Uncooperative. To get the security deposit They insisted to got by credit card and they don’t want to take a security deposit by cash. When i told them i will not allowed to get the security deposit by credit card , They did not respect my requested how i want to pay the amount. Then the employee became disrespectful and started yelling at me. on the check out time of the apartment. But I dealt with my manners by keeping quiet about it and I left.

- Aisha (9/5): Great! Recommend it for groups/families - The apartment was spacious, clean, aminities such as kitchenware, towels and toiletries were available upon checking in. Location was excellent. Check in and out intatructions by scanning bar code and how bto use the equipment were also excellent. Having the coop below the apartment was huge relief as well Small bugs. Checking in site is different than the actual apartment so for someone new to Interlaken is a bit confusing after long travel

Nearby train station and supermarket.
Mountain view from the balcony. No A\C, the week of our stay was very hot and air conditioning was a must.
I asked for a late checkin of 30 min (to be aligned with train time table) and was answered that a late checkout costs 50 chf. We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights, I expected some level of flexibility for half an hour extention.
- Mavis (8/5): Very good - Apartment was more than spacious for a family of 7. Facilities were okay and we managed to cook there for a few nights however supplies such as sponge for dishwashing was not available (think they prefer dishwasher) and capsule for washing machine has to be purchased separately at their office which is located at Interlaken OST (1 station away from the apartment). Scotch towels were also insufficient as we stayed there for 6 nights. We also like the fact that there were 2.5 toilets. Apartment was quite hard to find at first as it was above a petrol kiosk. The direct door to access was also not working so we had to make a detour. It would also be better if it was equipped with AC as Interlaken was incredibly hot even though we came during autumn.
