Cancelaron la reserva el mismo día diciendo que no había llegado el pago, cuando no era cierto. Así, tienes que volver a reservar, con subida de precio. No es una recepción, si no una sala con sillas de plástico donde te cobran en efectivo, incluyendo la tasa que tienen que pagar ellos a Booking. El edificio no está mal, pero con poco mantenimiento se deteriorará rápido. El baño huele a cañerías.

It felt like a scam and I was very disappointed. The room did not look like the photos. 1. There was a thick layer of dust on some furniture 2. air con barely worked so hard to sleep 3.bathroom not draining properly smelt like a sewer. 4. stains on bed and worn towels. 5. cockroaches in fridge! (Photo attached I saw multiple). I explained all this to check in guy but suspect I'm not the first to complain... Also asked for a partial refund from booking. Com but transaction all in cash, so don't think I will get any money back. One of the worst places I've stayed in!

The staff helped me to my room, which I appreciated — it wasn’t just self check-in. I loved that I could see the Twin Towers from the balcony, and walking to the nearby night market was super cool Unfortunately, I was very disappointed overall. There was a strong odor that made me uncomfortable, and the sofa was covered with stains. I didn’t feel at ease during my stay — I even slept in my clothes and was ready to check out as soon as possible. I feel the other reviews were overly generous with their ratings.
