Mattress was not comfortable and pillows were too fluffy and soft. We could not get satisfactory support from staff to solve internet.

• Denis (7/5): - Un joli appartement, bien équipé et très propre. Idéalement situé à quelques pas du pont Charles et du Château de Prague. Au coeur du quartier touristique, pourtant très calme. Mais ... !!! Malgré toutes les qualités incontestables de ce logement, nous n'y retournerions certainement pas. Le check-in et la récupération de la clef à l'arrivée et malheureusement tellement contraignant que ça gâche tout ! Il faut récupérer la clef dans les bureaux très éloigné de l'appartement (cette information n'apparait qu'une fois réservation effectuée !). Les bureaux sont plus éloignés de l'aéroport, vous payez alors plus cher le taxi et puis vous vous retrouvez avec vos valises à 30min à pied de l'appartement. (un tram relie les deux lieux, malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu cette information lors de check-in, très vite fait, sans un "vrai accueil"). Trop dommage, il serait facile de régler ce problème avec un boitier à code (déjà nombreux à l'entrée du logement). J'ai vu trop tard que la plupart de commentaires en parlent, si je les avais lu avant, je n'aurais jamais réservé ce logement, il y a beaucoup d'offres similaires.

• Fabrizio Tarascio (7/5): Bellissimo, con alcune cose da rivedere. - Bellissimo appartamento, nuovo e pulito,con due bagni ordinati e puliti, cucina nuova e attrezzata di tutto; la struttura si trova a pochi passi dal ponte Carlo e quindi si può girare la città a piedi senza necessità di prendere i mezzi pubblici. Le uniche cose negative sono, il check in lontano dalla struttura, e per chi è per la prima volta a Praga può diventare un problema; peraltro avevo pagato il loro transfer (31 euro), con la promessa che mi avrebbe consegnato direttamente le chiavi e accompagnato alla struttura e invece così non è stato, mi ha lasciato al loro ufficio, ho dovuto fare due chilometri a piedi con le valigie e non sapendo bene dove andare. Riguardo l'appartamento sono da rivedere i cuscini e soprattutto le lenzuola e piumone, nel senso che in un letto matrimoniale hanno messo due lenzuola e due piumini da letto singolo, praticamente un disastro.

• Carl-Maximilian (8/5): Kurztripp nach Prag - Die Lage ist super für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Daher konnte man auch gut zu einem Park and Ride fahren. Direkt an der Karlsbrücke. Einfach super für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Prag. Für eine Gruppe mit Freunden oder große Familie perfekt. Zwei Bäder sogar eines mit Wanne. Gab paar defekte Geräte/Lichter. Z. B. Der Sandwichmaker war komplett defekt. Ein Fernsehr in der Küche ging nicht. Etc. Probleme auch mit Auto. Musste weit außerhalb von Prag geparkt werden da keine Parkplätze inklusive sind oder reserviert werden können.

Розташування чудове — легко дістатися до центру та головних локацій Праги пішки. Ми замовляли трансфер від господарів, і все пройшло ідеально. Літак прилетів раніше очікуваного, але водій зустрів нас вчасно прямо в аеропорту, одразу передав ключі від апартаментів. Завдяки цьому ми заселилися майже на дві години раніше, і нам не довелося їхати в офіс по ключі — це було дуже зручно після дороги. Персонал завжди залишався на зв’язку, швидко відповідав на повідомлення і надав корисні рекомендації щодо місць, які варто відвідати в Празі. Ми залишилися повністю задоволені проживанням і можемо впевнено рекомендувати ці апартаменти. Дякуємо за гостинність! 🌿 Our stay at Unique Charles Bridge 2BDR Apartment was wonderful. The apartment is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — you can easily walk to the city center and main attractions. We booked the transfer through the hosts, and everything worked perfectly. Our flight arrived earlier than planned, yet the driver met us on time at the airport and handed us the keys right away. Thanks to this, we were able to check in almost two hours earlier without going to the office — very convenient after the trip. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and provided us with helpful recommendations about places to visit in Prague. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for the great hospitality!
• akhalaia (10/5): - A big recommendation from me! Very nice apartment, tidy, clean, with all the necessary things. Everything was comfortable and for a pleasant stay. Communication with the owners was very good and pleasant. The location of the apartment is worth mentioning separately, you literally live on the Charles Bridge, in the historical district, next to the Malostranska Namesti bus stop, there are amazing restaurants around! Everything was the best.

Великі, світлі, з двома окремими спальнями, в одній зі спален були і ліжко і диван, тож можна спати окремо, або жити 6 дорослим. Окремо туалет і окремо туалет з душем. Пральна машина, прасувальна дошка, праска… В квартирі дуже тихо, не дивлячись на те, що це дуже туристичне місце з купою людей навкруги. У дворі затишний МакДональдз. Через хвилину після виходу з квартири, ви вже на Карловому мосту! Система заселення - це просто жесть! Ніде в цивілізованому світі вже немає такого. Візьміть в увагу те, що навіть в 16 годин ви не заселитесь, в 16 в кращому випадку ви тільки заберете ключі в офісі біля жд вокзалу. А потім ще будете їхати до самих апартаментів. На наше питання чому не зроблені бокси з кодовим замком для ключів на самих апартаментах, нам відповіли, що у старому місті неможна їх вішати. Проте, на воротах в наш двір вісила купа таких замків, тому це така собі відмазка. Цей рівень сервісу, точніше його повна відсутність, перекреслили для нас враження від самих апартаментів

The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were awesome. The living space and kitchen were also very nice, although we didn’t end up using the kitchen. There was 1 hand soap in between 2 bathrooms and combined hair, body and hand wash. We were hoping for more toiletries, but that was minor issue and didn’t affect us much

• Julia (10/5): - Квартира расположена в 2 минутах ходьбы от Карлова моста, но окна выходят на внутренний двор, поэтому идеально тихо и спокойно. В двух минутах ходьбы всевозможные троллейбусы, которые доставят вас в любую точку Праги. В пару минутах ходьбы продуктовый магазин. Обилие ресторанчиков и кафе. В квартире продумано все для удобства гостей. Есть сахар, соль, мешки для мусора, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, капсулы для стиральной машины- спасибо большое, нам не пришлось покупать коробку ради нескольких штучек. В квартире 2 туалета, что очень удобно для семьи. Просторнейшая спальня. Удобная кухня. Идеально чисто. Удобные кровати и матрасы. Обратите внимание, ключ от квартиры нужно забирать по другому адресу, в 5 км от самой квартиры. Рекомендую добавить шкаф/комод/ полки для хранения одежды. Одного комода не достаточно, особенно для семьи. Из кухоной утвари рекомендую добавить кастрюлю и сковороду, подходящие для индукционной плиты. Также рекомендую добавить микроволновую печь.

Not many parking options available nearby,but we were awere of that-we parked at Parking garage Rudolfinum.Also,we would have appreciated an AC.

Very close to Karlov's Bridge and Prague Castle, to many cafes and wonderful restaurants. Near the tram. Although in the center in a noise-free zone. What I found strange was that the key to the apartment was in a completely different place. It is not convenient at all for guests to first go to some office in order to get a key to an apartment that is more than half an hour walk from that particular office. It is almost impossible to get in touch with the agency that gives the key by phone, which to me is even a little illogical. There is no elevator in the building with the apartment and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in the ad... Personal contact with the owner (probably due to the covid pandemic) is not possible. Because of this, not everything was on the level we expected by the price we were paying. The shower regulator in the bathroom didn't work (the shower mechanism was missing) and the rollaway shower had a broken grip. The toilet seat also needs replacing. It was too hot in the apartment. Even with the radiators turned off we had to open the windows at night due to the heat. There was also a baby crib which we did not order. The internet in the apartment was awful and we had to use our own. The remarks are small, but they do not give the possibility of the full comfort that this wonderful apartment in this wonderful location can offer. Somehow I didn't get the hospitality I found in the people, the restaurants and the celebration around Prague.

• Jun (10/5): It is very pleasant trip for us. - It is great location, and nice room. It is great city to visit again. Maybe u can upgrade to smart keyless entry. So we do not need to go to office to pickup the key. It will save both sometime.

Maybe consider putting a little sidetable/nightstand to the other side of the living room bed too. I had to put my phone & stuff to the floor next to the bed (to be honest which was very clean). Regardless I gave 10/10 to the apartment, it was way above expectation and and it is incredibly good value to it's price.
