Metro station is within few minutes of walking and city center access withing 10-15 minutes by metro. You can find free parking space nearby or use paid closed parking close by. And the owner Fabio was so kind and nice since very first moment. On Saturday there was market on the street where you could get fresh fruits, vegetables, meet, cheese or some other stuff.
• Tiina (10/5): Magnificent appartment - We spent a amazing five day holiday in this appartment. The appartment is clean, cosy, safe and chic. Living here is very easy. We found a few good restaurants nearby also. We would prefer more space to hang our clothes.

We travel a lot and always use booking.com to find a place to stay, but I can clearly say that this apartment was the best place we ever booked and stayed at. Fabio is a great host, he gave us clear instructions how to find the apartment and how to enter the building. We arrived around midnight on a Friday evening and he was personally waiting for us. He introduced the building and the apartment to us, explained everything needed, gave us a lot of advices and recommendations for places to visit, go out for a shopping, very nice restaurants and also where to park the car. The apartment is extra extra luxury, clean and cozy, perfectly equipped and has everything needed, even more things than someone would need for a short stay. Fabio was replying very quickly to the messages and was constantly available in case we needed something. Would recommend with 10+!!!

• Camilo (10/5): Location is amazing, renovated apartment with everything you need. - The owners are amazing with the best attitude, they made this place perfect and modern as they have travelled a lot. So based on their experience they tought of everything you might need. Location is amazing, close to a metro station and in a very safe area. The ilumination was perfect, all amenities you might need are there.

Le lit dans la chambre est très confortable. Le canapé dans le salon n'est pas un canapé lit mais seulement un canapé qui s'agrandit. N'est pas prévu pour dormir et doit être remplacé pour offrir une vraie solution de sommeil. Le lit d'appoint convient pour des enfants jusqu'à 10 ans seulement. Les interrupteurs diffusent une lumière bleutée en continu donc si vous souhaitez dormir dans le noir il faut les cacher.

He helped us with our luggage and took the time to explain everything about the apartment and the city. He was an exceptional host. I highly recommend the apartment and Fabio. There are some restaurants and shops close by and neighborhood is really quiet and safe. The apartment is new with all necessary facilities. We were group of five girls and the size of the apartment was perfect for us.

The host is amazing. I have never gotten so detailed and clear instructions on how to get to find the flat. The manual at the flat is very detailed as well and full of useful information about the area. We stayed for 3 days and absolutely loved it. The only thing I did not like is the scales in the bathroom, which clearly showed that the food was way to good in local restaurants.

Fabio the host is very kind and helpful. He explained everything and made sure we got what we needed. Will definitely book the same place next time we come to Milan :) Nothing!

Fabio was a great host - plenty of information provided to us eg free parking. Had requested an early check in of 12-1pm via bookings.com. For some strange reason it came through as midnight (in error). Resulting in a miscommunication in checkin time. Fabio was great and managed to pull some string so we could check in earlier. But that was at a cost of 20€ - to just bring it forward an hour. In hindsight, probably should have just waited until 3pm. No ones fault, just one of those things. Note that checkin isn’t until 3pm, which seems rather late.

The bedroom was very nice and homey and the bed was comfortable. Host really really helpful with everything. Find free parking near apartment can be real struggle. There is some days, when there’s market at parking areas and you should move you car 6 in the morning etc It takes time to understand the parking system, and finding a suitable spot can be quite a headache. But host is super helpful and try to help you to understand and find right way to park as it should. Just be ready, that maybe parking can take time and lot of nerves :D

Perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. It is situated on the red metro line so you can go to Duomo very easily and fast. The apartment is brand new with everything you need and more. You can also find free parking within walking distance from the apartment building. I would book again! Nothing to complain about.
• Martina (10/5): Sehr modernes frisch renoviertes Apartment in ruhigem Hinterhof, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter. - Very modern apartment, newest appliances, thoughtful lights, well equiped (kitchen, IT devices, umbrella etc, huge TV screen, lots of space in wardrobes, drawers, including bathroom). It's in a quiet backyard of a residential building, top floor with little balcony with some views. The area is well connected with buses and metro to the city centre, to the convention centre and to San Siro. It's extremely clean and the whole building seems very well organised and is clean and safe. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, the guide to the apartment and the area both by whatsapp message and in the folder in the apartment are detailed and helpful, and they are available 24/7 for help and questions. Excellent English, no communication issues. Nothing. Perhaps the lift to 5th floor that requires a key - which on arrival will be in safe outside the flat on 5th floor. But usually when he's around Fabio will welcome you in person (and be there when you leave) and send you the lift for the suitcases, and for rest of stay no problems with the keys.
