• elizaveta (6/5): - Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта и предоставляет трансфер Трансфер ходит раз в час, и даже если вы одни, то подстраиваться он не будет. Отель хоть и недалеко, дорога занимает немало времени. Утром из отеля в аэропорт было быстрее. Номер не соответствовал тому, что на фото. Санузлы были в стеклянных перегородках, ограничены от спальной зоны решетчатой перегородкой - все видно, нам это не понравилось. Заказ в ресторане при отеле можно сделать только через AliPay , но оплатить можно наличными. Персонал не очень приветливый. Добраться до центра города можно либо на такси, либо доехать до метро на такси и дальше на метро.

• jussara (10/5): Quite and amazing hotel nearby Pudong Airport. - Very nice hotel, 20 minutes far from Pudong Airport with transfer. The decoration of the aisle in main hall is very sweet, with paintings of different kinds of birds. A group of several buildings encompasses rooms, breakfast place, tea shop, spa, restaurant. The single room that I stayed was big, quite and confortable, no carpet.

However they responded quickly over message and the airport staff helped us translate to them for the shuttle. Shuttles to and fro were on time, the hotel was really comfortable and there were restaurants nearby open at even 8 pm. Great place to stay

They told me to get onto a bus going to a different hotel. This would then cost extra. I then got ripped off by a taxi. Paying almost 3 times the true amount. Cannot message through booking.com as 3rd party writing.

• Helmut (8/5): - Der Transfer zum Flughafen Pudong hat 100% funktioniert und das schon um 6 Uhr Morgens. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst im Vorfeld hatte ich über WeChat schon Kontakt und rasch und unbürokratisch Antwort bekommen. Ich habe bei der Buchung "bezahlen in der Unterkunft" gewählt und ich glaube der Preis der am ende verrechnet wurde war viel höher als bei der Buchung angegeben war obwohl ich in der Landeswährung per WeChat pay bezahlt habe.

Kommer definitivt tillbaka om jag kommer åka från Pudung airport igen. Ett förslag är att ta bort heltäckningsmattorna.

• Kirsten (9/5): Superb - The room was modern and enourmous. The bed was huge and very very comfortable. The bedding and linen excellent quality, total blockout curtains and the place was quiet. We were there for a 20 hour layover, went out for about 6 hours of tour after a solid 4 hour morning sleep. We used a taxi from the airport, only cost $AUD16 then we usex their free shuttle to return to the airport. You and the staff need to use translation apps if you dont speak Mandatin, between you you get it sorted. Excellent value and would stay again! The WiFi was not great, but who cares.

• Victoria (9/5): gorgeous place that exceeds expectations for an airport hotel! - really gorgeous luxurious hotel that is excellent value for money. i was grateful for the free room upgrade on my short stay between flights. shuttle did not depart on time - driver disappeared a few minutes to the hour, nobody could reach him, then he rocked up 12mins after the scheduled departure time. this was quite stressful as i had a flight to catch and no other way to get to the airport

• Larissa (7/5): Good - I loved the comfortable bed! The room was spacious and clean. The check-in staff was helpful and they could speak English and understood my basic Chinese too. I love the airport shuttle service: they are efficient and on time (if there isn't heavy traffic). This is a great hotel if you have a layover in Shanghai and need to get to and from Pudong Airport. They have a shuttle service every hour, on the hour, from the hotel and does drop-offs and pick-ups at Pudong Airport's terminals (20min past the hour and 30min past the hour at terminal 1 and 2. Please ask the hotel for more details. You can contact the hotel via Wechat (they'll give you their contact details), so make sure you have internet access and a Wechat account before your airport pick-up to let them know you're there. I don't like that people are allowed to smoke in the hotel lobby. I have asthma and there was someone smoking right at the check-in counter. It affected my lungs and breathing that night. I think the hotel should have designated smoking areas and think about the health of the guests and their staff members.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - I appreciate the free shuttle service from the airport. When entering my room, it did smell smokey. I expressed this to the staff member, but they insisted it was a non-smoke room. Thankfully it wasn't too strong; however, whenever someone smoked outside, it would get under the door. I also heard people's conversations at night time so I recommend bringing earplugs for better quality of sleep. At the reception desk, it was always busy. Some guests cut in front of me to talk to the receptionists. I didn't take it personally, but I would've appreciated the receptionists noticing this and had the other guest wait. Breakfast isn't included in the reservation through Booking.com. When I went, there was a kind worker who helped explain the breakfast process. She accidently mixed up my room card with another guest and I had to fix this. It wasn't a big deal because she was busy helping multiple guests at that time. I do appreciate the reception desk quickly fixing this issue. Overall, I liked how close this hotel was to the airport and it was a comfortable stay!

Also, there’s a very nice cafe meters away. The heating in the room was difficult to operate and more lamp lighting/less overheads would be nicer.

They offer a shuttle service from and to the airport every hour (communication to schedule the time is also very good). I arrived quite late at night and I did not stay long, but everything was ok.

The location is in Pudong, which is benefit if needed to reach Pudong International Airport without traffic. But it's problematic of needed to reach Shanhai. No restaurants or grosser shops around. The bathroom needed a bit renovation. No place for luggage. Front desk 24h, helpfull staff.
• Nandin (8/5): Great for overnight layovers. - The hotel room was clean, spacious and the staff were very friendly. Location was not so close to the airport(abt 20mins by car) neither Shanghai. However, they arrange bus every hour(for 24hrs) between Airport and hotel. P.S we don’t speak Chinese however it was easy to contact them. All i did was downloading wechat upon arrival and get Chinese esim and let them know as you arrived.
