Only had one downfall, there is only one PowerPoint in the middle of the counter space for kettle/toaster and Microwave, making it very difficult to make breakfast and lunches. Could do with another on one side to sit the microwave so you don't have to juggle things.

- Gabriele (9/5): A casa tua a Lugano - Appartamento molto pulito con parcheggio esterno aperto su strada privata. Bagno con doccia grande, aereazione bene funzionante nonostante sia senza finestra. Ambiente bene arredato e caldo, tutte le comoditá sono a disposizione. Piccole migliorie sono possibili sempre naturalmente, comunque non ho da obiettare nulla di importante.

- Corina (9/5): Parfait - L'organisation. L'appartement est très bien organisé et toutes les informations sont donnés avant et durant le séjour. La décoration est faite avec gout et laisse passer un esprit de confiance et bien etre. Tout les équipements nécessaires pour les enfants sont disponibles. Je recommande. Seulement le bruit du système de douche pour le passage de douche pluie à douche à la main.

- Markus (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Lugano - Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr gut. Super check in / check out Informationen mit Bilder. Gute Lage mit Bus Station auf der anderen Strassenseite so dass wir das eigene auto nicht gebraucht haben. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Für uns waren die Matratzen zu weich, was auch immer für jeden individuell ist und kein minus Punkt darstellt.
- Гандрев (10/5): Fabulous and cozy aprtment - Easy access to apartment. Host is always at your disposal. Apartment is very clean and very well equiped kitchen. Wash&Dry Machine is Bosch, Oven and Fridge are Siemens. TV set is Samsung. Every device is high quality. You have floor heating is bathroom which was very nice. Quarter is very calm. Safety around apartment and in Lugano is 10/10 You have lots of pillows for every taste. Detergent for Washing Machine and for dishwasher, too. Also free coffee capsules for the espresso machine. We were family with two kids 17 and 5 yo and it was convenient for all of us. Option to store luggage that day you leave which very convenient. Bus stop 1 min from building which takes you to Lugano Centro for 5-7 minutes. Otherwise walking is 15 minutes. Public transport is very well organized, so you can buy Day Tickets and travel freely. No glasses for beer and wine glasses were very ordinary. I think that can be easily improved for a better guests' experience.

- Lorena (9/5): Great place to stay to visit the beautiful region - We stayed 5 nights in this apartment and had an excellent experience. We were 2 adults and 2 children, and the sofa bed was perfect for the kids. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the hosts were very attentive and responsive to our needs. The parking space is a real plus and very convenient. The location is great — about a 15-minute walk to the city center and around 20 minutes to the lake. There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, and restaurants and a supermarket are very close by. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a stay in Lugano and for exploring the region. The mattress on the main bed wasn’t ideal for me personally, but that may just come down to individual preference.

- Kim (9/5): Blitzsauber und hervorragend organisiert - Die Anleitung für die Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Insgesamt habe ich selten eine so gut organisierte und saubere Unterkunft erlebt. Die Küchenschränke waren beschriftet, und es gab klare Anleitungen für nahezu jede mögliche Frage. Praktisch war auch das gut ausgestattete Minisetup mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer sowie eine Box mit verschiedenen Ladegeräten. Es waren ausreichend dicke und weiche Handtücher vorhanden, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die gesamte Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
- Slobodan (10/5): Moderne und familienfreundliche Wohnung, kommen gerne wieder! - Wohnung war sehr geräumig, perfekt für unsere 4 Köpfige Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern Eingerichtet. Das Check-in und out war ist sehr professionell aufgebaut und hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Hauptstrasse, aber den Lärm hört man fast nicht. Wir würden aufjeden Fall hier auch für mehrere Tage wiederkommen. Vielen Dank! Tutto bene!

From the check-in instructions to the check-out process, everything was explained with perfect clarity. The manual for the appliances inside the room was also very detailed and easy to follow. Owner have truly elevated the guest experience to a professional, five-star hotel level. If you are visiting Lugano, look no further. This is the place to stay! We can't wait to come back.

- Volker Robert (7/5): Saubere Unterkunft - Für eine Nacht in Ordnung - Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt hat. Das Sofabett war bereits aufgebaut und bezogen, ebenso das Babyreisebett. Das Badezimmer inklusive Dusche ist modern gestaltet und schön. Hilfreich ist der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Zum See sind es mit Kindern ca 20-25 Min Fußweg. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Die Matratze des Bettes im Schlafzimmer ist leider mehr als durchgelegen. Trotz bereits bestehender Bewertungen zu diesem Thema wurde die Matratze offensichtlich nicht gewechselt. Das Sofabett ist für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir eine andere Schlafmöglichkeit in Betracht ziehen.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und ruhig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es gibt eigentlich nichts Negatives zu sagen. Alles hat gut funktioniert und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
