Tak faham kenapa meetpoint ambik kunci kat tower lain…bilik di tower lain. sedangkan lagi senang jumpa di tower yg sama. 2. the room smell strong of cigarette. sangat kuat okay! make me headache all night. tolong la buat sesuatu pasal bau bilik ni.

Thanks for reading my review. - The room we booked was a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms with beds to sleep 5, the rooms are big and spacious with lots of storage space. Rooms have amazing views of KL skyline as per attached photos. The furniture and interior setting is typical of a 20 year old design but comfortable, the booking represents good value for it's location and facilities. We loved the convenience of being located in Berjaya Time Square which practically has everything you need like many choices of shops, cafes, restaurants, food stalls, food court, grocery and convenience stores, also has an indoor theme park and many more to keep everyone busy. Location is ideal for anyone who wants to stay in the Bukit Bintang area, within walking distance to most tourist and shopping spots in this precinct including Lalaport and Pavillion. The monorail station is connected to the building which is a big plus for accessing public transport. Keep in mind the interior, furniture and room facilities is typical of a 20 year old design but met our expectations to have a comfortable stay.

We ask us to repair the toilet, clean the mattress because it was full of stain but they say can’t, no maintenance person available, short of manpower and they say if I don’t like I can cancel n go and they want to check in other guest. They rush us to check out. So we cancel it. Till now waiting for refund n getting no news at all. I’m still waiting for my refund

Toilets had a filt - Other than the bedding were cleaned everything was not to my expectations Having paid the price is not worth !The property was old , no maintenance .. Boiling flash was dirty with stains . A large tower was left inside the master toilet flour that seems not been washed & cleaned at all leaving the toilet floor with a very deep mark that shows the toilet was never washed & cleaned . Cluttered with old & dirty furnitures which should be discarded! Whole unit was Carpeted .. It felt so dirty & was dusty & with filthy smell & has no choice which would think the people who stayed would wear their shoes walking around , should have atleast given bedroom slippers .. should have taken pictures but gv it a missed as felt disgusted .. thanks

Moreover, the room was plagued with cleanliness issues, with hair and dust visibly present everywhere.
