The location is great, the street where the room is located is pretty quiet for Istanbul I think. The bed was super comfy and the room itself was really comfortable to stay in .

• Kyoko (5/5): 値段は安いが快適ではない。 - 内装はお洒落でトラムの駅からは近く移動に便利でした。 シャワーの湯と水の表示が逆で、気付くまでお湯が使えなかった。蚊がいて眠れなかった。テレビはあるのに使えない。建物は古いせいもあり足音が響くし、少し傾いていた。
• Cristian Marc (10/5): - The location is convenient, the neighborhood is pleasant, the room was nicely decorated, the owner is very friendly and willing to help. The shower box is rather small and some extra light above the bathroom mirror would be welcomed.
• Stuart (6/5): Nice and simple in Balat - Location Only one bottom sheet on the bed that didn't' fit the mattress had to ask for a second sheet and would have liked more bedding ( my partner was cold) Difficult to find as poor directions Shower was good but very small cubical bathroom small but was ok for us
• Anna (10/5): - Очень понравилось! Все соответствует фото. В номере чисто, есть всё небходимое душ, туалет, холодильник, чайник, фен, полотенца, все ок! Все новое, добротное, деревянные лакированые полы. Дизайнерский ремонт с антикварными элементами декора. На первом этаже Антикварный магазин, каждый раз раз, проходя через него, засматривалась. Очень камфортная атмосфера, красивый район, близко от центра, удобно добираться. Да, лестница крутая, но нам ок, есть кухня с выходом на террасу выше этажом по этой же лестнице, там плита, духовка, стиральная машина, мы завтракали на террасе) Нужно учесть, что  душевая узковата, для больших людей не будет удобно, мы с мужем высокие 180,186 см, нам было впритык. Очень приятная и деликатная Садет, теплая, отзывчивая и, в тоже время, не навязчивая🫶 В Стамбуле были впервые, и очень рады, что выбрали именно это жильё, с порога погружаешься в атмосферу старого города) На фото вид с террасы) Нам всё понравилось

• Daniela (10/5): - Posizione fantastica, market e mezzi pubblici vicinissimi. Saadet, Burak e sua moglie, sono meravigliosamente ospitali e ti fanno sentire a casa. Il mio appartamento era attrezzato di tutto, dai fornelli alla lavatrice. Sono stata benissimo e tra qualche mese, tornerò da loro. Lo consiglio vivamente.
• Maja (10/5): Like at home! - Location is excellent, in Balat, but very close to Main Street. Room is super clean and I really loved this interior. Downstairs is antique cafe, upstairs the rooms. Host is the most amazing person ever. I strongly recommend. Oh and bed! Bed is comfy, like a cloud. I will come back for sure

• Karina (4/5): Not the room on the photo. But good location - It was clean and very good location It was not the room that was on the photo. we were offered a choice of two rooms and one of them was half the size. This is something to consider when booking.

Lovely little balcony, room is on second floor, small kitchen facilities are shared, on third floor, with lovely view of the Golden Horn. On quaint street in a friendly neighborhood. Very responsive and helpful host.
