Booked for 2 weeks Cleanliness massive issue though initially let the management team know they sent a cleaner in was still totally unacceptable they sent another this was just for the balcony area sent photos still not acceptable. Then internally daily issues especially cockroaches lack of mop etc. we just spent nights in other places because it felt and was dirty. Sent the team more photos and issues when we checked out this morning just wanting them to ensure issues were sorted for the next people. Had they responded I wouldn't be writing this but they have ignored me so putting it out there. The pool wasn't clean either debris and cockroaches. When a cleaning fee is charged you expect it to be clean. Plastic waterproof mattress covers just appalling.

• Adam (7/5): Great for our intention, not so great for extended holiday stay. - Location is perfect for Sunshine Coast Marathon weekend. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom fans wouldn’t work, even after changing batteries in remotes. Not overly important for this time of year but maybe an issue during warmer months. Broken outdoor chair not ideal, maybe host wasn’t aware though. Although beds were comfortable, rooms quite small. Perfect for 3 people but maybe a little small if intending on longer holiday stay with 4 people.
