• RICHARD (8/5): - Location Promoted as two bathroom but only has one bathroom. The second toilet should not be promoted as a bathroom it is misleading.

• Vijay (10/5): Wonderful sea view stay in Port Campbell - A lovely one night stay at Surf Break at Bayview Villas! The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed with great amenities. The sea view was absolutely stunning, exactly what you'd hope for from a coastal getaway. Location is brilliant too, with easy access to the shore, cafes and restaurants nearby. A special mention to Melissa, our host, who made the whole experience seamless. She coordinated everything online with ease and was always available and responsive whenever we had any questions. That kind of attentiveness really makes a difference! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape. None

• Anushka Madhushan (2/5): Perfect Sea View, But Not Worth the Money - The sea view was perfect and the location was very beautiful. The surrounding environment was calm and relaxing, which made the place visually attractive. Check-in process was smooth as well. The service and maintenance were disappointing. There were two rooms, in the first room, the ceiling light was not working, and the wall heater stopped working after a few hours. In the second room, the wall heater was not working at all. This created a bad first impression, especially since we were traveling with my parents. Our sleeping experience on the first night was very uncomfortable due to the cold weather. The owner provided one spare heater, but it was not enough for two rooms, and the ceiling light issue was never fixed during our stay. I’m wondering why these issues were not identified before check-in. For the amount we paid, the experience was not worth the money.

• Falyne (8/5): Lovely and comfortable - The view is fantastic. The beds and couches were comfortable. The bathroom with a view was awesome, although a bit unexpected when travelling as a group. We had to vacate the living room for some privacy.

• julia (8/5): great location with lovely views - great location right on the beach and just metres from the restaurants and shops wasn't sure about how to set up the sofa bed, it seemed to just be a normal sofa - although very nice an comfy!

• Vinojkumar (10/5): A wonderful stay with a great location, smooth check-in, and very responsive hosting. - The location is excellent, with the property right by the beach and within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, it was a perfect base for exploring the area. Melissa was very prompt and responsive in all communications, which made the stay smooth and stress-free from check-in to departure. The property itself was comfortable, well presented, and exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again in the future. NA
• KYUNGNIM (9/5): Good place to enjoy the beautiful beach - 바로 비치 앞이어서 테라스에서 비치를 바라볼 수 있어 너무 환상적이었어요. 청결하고 조리 도구도 잘 갖추어져 있어서 식사를 하기에도 좋았어요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 2층 테라스 문을 잠글 수 없다는 것이었어요. 구조적인 문제가 있어 보여 개선되면 좋을 것 같아요. 그 외 모근 것은 매우 만족스러웠어요. 2층 테라스 문을 잠글 수 있었으면 좋겠어요.

• John (6/5): This accommodation was not good value for money - I was expecting two separate bathrooms. The upstairs toilet does not count as a separate bathroom.
• Ansab (10/5): Nice little place in the heart of Port Campbell - Liked how it was literally 30 sec walk to beach and 1 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Liked how the place had 2 washrooms for use and 1 washroom was recently renovated. Very happy to see the washing machine and the dryer which we did end up using. Also everything you need, like basic essentials were there in the house. It's not their fault, but the view isn't as clear as I hoped it would be from the balcony. As another unit blocked our view. Also the main entrance door didn't have a privacy curtain. Anyone from outside could see inside if they wanted to.

• Christine (5/5): The location was good, but the - The advertisement regarding the villa was misleading. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 male & 2 female. The reason I booked the villa was because we required 2 bathrooms. We really don’t consider a toilet upstairs as a bathroom.
• Justin (10/5): Best accommodation in Port Campbell - We had a fantastic stay at this two-storey townhouse overlooking Port Campbell Bay. The views from the living and dining areas were stunning—we enjoyed relaxing dinners each night with a beautiful seaside backdrop. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including utensils, plates, and bowls, which made travelling with a toddler that much easier. The spacious living area gave us plenty of room to unwind, and the thick sandstone walls provided great privacy from neighbours. The location was excellent—just across the road from the Surf Life Saving Club, with cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store all within walking distance. The host was incredible: very responsive and had great communication throughout. In our opinion, this is the best place to stay in Port Campbell—great value for money, especially considering the space, the views, and the outstanding customer care from the hosts. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here!

• Jacinta (7/5): Nice location - Great location For the price we payed for one night , you would expect a bed that you could actually sleep in . it was worse than a futon . So hard and no Aircondtioner in room or even a fan so stuffy. we were quite disappointed as we had stayed in a much cheaper Nola e our first night and the bed was wonderful . there not point in having a fantastic location if you can’t have a decent nights sleep .

Modern and versatile living & kitchen with great balcony and comfortable beds & bedrooms. Beach sports equipment a great bonus! 1min walk to very nice beach. Nothing!
• Zoeysakura (10/5): Exceptional - It was the perfect location right in front of the beach and the town centre. .. i love that we can see everything from the second storey balcony. Eveeyhing we needed were there including cooking pots etc .... our kids loved that they can safely cross to the beach :) there was TV and netflix when its time to chill.. an amazing view of the sunset. Check in was pretty easy and detailed instructions were provided. Couldnt think of any... it was kinda pricey due to the high season rates which was understandable and we also booked just a few days prior so it was amazing that it was available.
