• Anita (9/5): A great place to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise. - The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The swimming pools, spa and gymnasium were great. We had great views from our apartment. We were warned, but there was very little in the way of toiletries and toilet paper. We were told that we could park anywhere, but it wasn't specified that parking for Soul guests was on level B3, which was a bit confusing when we first arrived.

• Sarra (8/5): Perfect with a couple of inconveniences. - Spectacular views. Extra towels was great addition. Fridge water and ice broken. Wifi box was off had difficulty connecting. No soap for handwashing, only two dishwasher tablets.

• Fiona (4/5): Plenty of better & cleaner apartments in Surfers. - If you are after a clean room with hot water, this is not the place for you. Whilst it is in a good location & the hotel amenities are great, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired -dirty sinks, rubbish in cupboards, no garbage bags, dirty shower screens.. the list goes on. The showers are luke warm at best. Keys are in a lock box down the road, not ideal when you arrive by transport & have to take bags with you there & back. Very disappointing, save your money & book somewhere else.

• Nathem (9/5): Superb - location they should leave the keys with reception or put them in lock box on the way to the garage ,it does not make sense that I had to go to another place to collect them.

• Amy (10/5): Great last minute stay. Apartment was beautiful, location was excellent. - Excellent location & easy to organise with host. Lifts were slow in the morning so allow extra time to get up & down.
• Pool (8/5): Very good - It’s was great We came back to the unit after being out for lunch to have workmen in the unit painting without any notice. The next morning they knocked on the door before 8am wanting to enter again to paint without any notice.

We booked for the Pacific airshow ,we couldnt check in till 3pm ,and couldnt access the hotel by car as the road was closed from 3pm-17.00 we werent informed of this an had to leave our car kms away with our food in it .

• Gauci (7/5): Very comfortable - The pool and comfortable rooms and spacious balcony. Water on floors and in lifts with people not drying odd after using pool.
• Susan (8/5): The apartment is certainly stunning & the location is brilliant. It would be even better with the addition of more - Fabulous location with absolutely stunning views from everywhere in the apartment. There was only one 2 seater and two seperate hard chairs for relaxing and watching tv. We found this was not comfortable especially for a family. The apartment was cleanish but not really clean as required for a 4 and 5 star property.
