• ARTURO YEPES (10/5): Descanso en Florencia. - La dotación. Excelente el servicio en el comedor. La clave no funcionó en la puerta de entrada. Hubo que llamar para abrirla a control remoto.

Закуската е само на 2 минути пеш и беше в страхотно кафене, срещу което може да си хванете градски транспорт към центъра. Точно срещу сградата има обществена пералня, в която срещу по-малко от 10 Евро и 45 минути от вашето време, може да изперете дрехите от пътуването си. Локацията е просто страхотна, а спалнята много удобна.

The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to some nice restaurants, cafés, and the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The place is a bit more expensive than what I usually spend for my stay in Florence, but honestly the difference was drastic - a big, very modern room with a very soft bed, a modern and very spacious shower, Wi-Fi, very convenient way to enter the premises... All in all, perfect. A separate shoutout to the lady who manages the place - she advised us a local restaurant for a dinner, and the place turned out to be just fantastic! All in all, my stay was definitely worth the money spent

В номері не працювала сушарка для рушників. Сніданок знаходиться в іншій будівлі (в кафе) і складає лише кава, круасан та вода. Від сніданку очікував значно більшого вибору та більшого комфорту.

• Luis Miguel (9/5): Comodidad como en casa - Espacio muy cómodo, amplio y con varias detalles que suman mucho como el acceso a la cocina, algunas botanas o bebidas disponibles para consumo de los huéspedes. El tren estaba cerca del lugar y en muy pocos minutos ya te encontrabas en la parte histórica de Florencia. El idioma fue una barrera por momentos, pero nada que no se solucionara hablando con calma.

• ROUBAUD (6/5): Peu mieux faire - La chambre spacieuse, le lit très confortable, la salle de bain. La salle commune où l'on peut manger et boire un café avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur congélateur. L'emplacement un peu loin du centre, pas d'ascenseur, escalier très escarpé. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, même avec une autre télécommande. Elle s'allume et s'éteint toute seule, change de chaîne, ect, obligés de la débrancher ! Petit déjeuner dans un bar à l'extérieur : une boisson, chaude ou froide une viennoiserie, une bouteille d'eau et c'est tout !

La ubicación no es céntrica pero me gusta porque está cerca del transporte público y de las estaciones. Personal amable. Me parece una idea genial que trabajen en cooperación con una cafetería, pero el desayuno algo simple. Compré algo para comer y lo guardé en la refrigeradora. Salí a desayunar antes de hacer check out, y cuando regresé ya habian limpiado la habitación y botado mis snacks :(
• IronMaxItaly (9/5): SOGGIORNO A FIRENZE - Bella e nuova struttura, pulita ed ordinata con arredamento moderno e funzionale. Situazione in posizione periferica, ma con fermata bus e tram ad circa 350 metri, comodi per raggiungere le zone più centrali in pochi minuti di viaggio. Menzione speciale per la doccia, bella e funzionale, con prodotto bagno schiuma di qualità (Prija). Apprezzata anche la zona comune, in cui caffè e frutta non mancano e sono gratuitamente a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tenendo presente che il Comune di FIRENZE vuole 6 € a notte a persona. La recensione è nettamente positiva anche se il soggiorno non era iniziato in modo indolore in quanto avevo inviato una richiesta di poter lasciare i bagagli in attesa del check in (ore 14:00 precise), richiesta approvata ma poi con disponibilità revocata. Insomma sappiate che non è possibile lasciare i bagagli oltre gli orari garantiti dalla prenotazione.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona periferica ma ben collegata al centro dalla tramvia, fermata Istituto Leonardo da Vinci....in 4 fermate, 10 minuti si arriva in Stazione Centrale. Se si vuole restare in zona ci sono tutti i servizi tra cui il Centro Commerciale San Donato dove poter mangiare e fare acquisti. Preme segnalare che il gestore lascia bottigliette d acqua in frigo e che e' presente una stanza comune dove potersi fare un caffè....sono messi a disposizione frutta e snack e alimenti per la colazione. • Carolina (9/5): - Habitación super cómoda y limpia. Se notaba recién reformada o, al menos, muy bien mantenida. Tiene cocina compartida que no tuvimos necesidad de usar pero que tenía todo a disposición. Por una o dos noches es recomendable. El desayuno es algo precario y fuera del establecimiento, en un bar cercano pero quedaba de paso para coger el tranvía e ir al centro. El coche lo dejamos aparcado en la calle pagando parking público.

• maria cristina (10/5): Pulizia, confort e gentilezza - Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura in occasione del firenze rock festival. La posizione è ottima, a poca distanza c'è la stazione della metro che consente di arrivare tranquillamente in centro in pochi minuti. La struttura è nuova ed accogliente. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile; avevamo chiesto informazioni per arrivare al visarno arena, di sua spontanea volontà si è offerto di accompagnarci in macchina; è stato un gesto davvero carino da parte sua. Per la colazione vengono consegnati dei buoni per fare una buona colazione in un bar che si trova a pochi metri dalla struttura. In realtà all'interno della struttura è presente un'aerea comune dove potete trovare caffè, frutta e merendine a vostra disposizione. Consiglio vivamente sia per famiglie che per ragazzi.

• Pablo (8/5): Agradable - La amabilidad del personal, y estar en todo momento en contacto con la chica. La habitación bien, tuvimos un pequeño incidente y es que la ducha no funcionaba pero gracias a que contactamos con la recepcionista nos dejó ir a otra habitación a ducharnos hasta que al día siguiente llegó el técnico para solucionarlo. Que hubiera una cafetera disponible, con pastas y agua en la recepción estuvo muy bien Considero que el desayuno no era muy adecuado. Era en una cafetería que estaba a 100 metros del hospedaje y sólo incluía un bollo pequeño y un café, mi acompañante quiso tomar un zumo y nos cobraron 2€ ya que no lo incluía. Teníamos previsto hacer el check in a las 22:15, que era cuando llegaba nuestro tren y la chica de la recepción nos dijo que iba a estar complicado, sacamos otro billete para poder hacer el check in a una hora más temprana y literalmente podríamos haberlo realizado de igual manera si no nos hubiéramos adelantado porque todo fue online.

• Vézina (1/5): Never been treated this poorly, worst service ever. - The room and shared area were nice and clean. The breakfast was good. But be warned the staff is awful. This was the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Francesca was beyond cruel with me and my friend and I cant recommend this hotel to anyone. Genuinely, I have never received such a hateful host with the biggest lack of customer skills. We had a bus from Bologna to Florence booked for 9:40-11:00PM. We hadn't seen that the checkin had to be before 10PM, of course, this hotel for some reason couldn't accommodate that. This is especially odd since the checkin from 8PM to 10PM Is apparently self checkin anyway with an app... Either way, my friend and I booked another bus costing us way more money and losing the money we had originally paid for the bus. We also cut our trip and plans short in order to fix the oversight and make it by 8PM to Florence. However, there was an accident and all buses were delayed over 2 hours we ended up waiting longer than when our original bus was supposed to leave. The whole time we kept Francesca updated on the situation as we were very worried we wouldn't have a place to stay because she was very strict that there wouldn't be any check-ins after 10PM. And she was taking long to answer as well. Before our bus showed up, I tried to call her to confirm she had received our passports and we could still come to the Bed and Breakfast. I have never been treated as disrespectfully by someone as she did. This woman begins yelling at me saying she's having dinner and genuinely yelling WHAT DO YOU WANT. We just wanted to know if we would have a place to sleep and if we should start looking for other accommodations seeing as she was not replying. Nobody forced her to answer this phone call. I firmly told her to stop yelling at me as we had paid over 300 euros for this room and we are the clients. More than that, why would you talk to another human being with this much vitriol. This requires Anger management courses if you think you can talk to customers this way.
