• Ufuk (1/5): Hotiday otel değil. - Konumu iyidi. Kahvaltısı iyiydi Hotiday, öncekikle otel değil. Grand Orient otelden oda kiralamış. Maalesef booking.com daki fotoğraflarla alakası yok. Oda eski ve rutubetli. Otoparkımız yok diyorlar halbuki napolinin en güzel ve en uygun otoparkı Orient otele ait. Ama hotiday sizinle bunu paylaşmak yerine çok uzaktaki berbat ve pahalı otoparkı tavsiye ediyor. Neden acaba???

• María José (8/5): Todo muy bien excepto el problema de la factura, que aún no recibimos después de un mes de solicitar - Excelente y la vista es magnifica Tengo un problema porque no me han enviado la factura y me la exigen en mi universidad. El recepcionista dijo que la tenía que dar Booking y Booking dice que el hotel. El caso es que mi hermano, Francisco Rodilla, quien me hizo la reservación la ha pedido varias veces y no hacen caso. La necesitamos con urgencia. Si no la envían en breve, voy a hacer en redes muy mala reseña de booking y del hotel por no responsabilizarse ninguno de los dos.

• Guest (9/5): Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη φιλοξενία σας!!! - Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Ήταν όλοι εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωινό με ποιοτικά προϊόντα. Υπέροχη θέα στο μπαρ - εστιατόριο. Κάποιες φθορές που υπάρχουν στο δωμάτιο λόγω παλαιότητας και η μοκέτα στον διάδρομο δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρή.

• Simon (5/5): Ok for a night, would dread staying longer. - The bathroom was nice, the rooftop bar was pleasant to work from. The room was even more cramped than expected, the booking was confusing (Hotiday is not a hotel, it's a booking company that has rooms inside other hotels). The rooms aircon was confusing, seemed to be stuck on too cold a temperature.

• Csilla (10/5): nagyon jól éreztük magnkat - a hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész, udvarias, a szoba mérete megfelelő, a reggeli fantasztikus munkálatok voltak (fúrás, kalapálás) és nem szóltak erről a recepción, kellemetlen volt ezekre kelni reggelente
• Giuseppe (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione molto centrale, a 50 metri da via Toledo e dalla relativa fermata delle metro. Struttura molto elegante, pulizia estrema! Il personale è molto cortese, professionale e disponibile. Probabilmente uno dei migliori alberghi in cui siamo stati, un 4 stelle con standard altissimi. La colazione, abbondante e varia, è servita al nono piano, in una terrazza con vista panoramica. Ciliegina sulla torta: abbiamo prenotato last minute a un prezzo straordinario due cose abbastanza trascurabili: la porta della doccia che chiudeva male e abbiamo quasi allagato il bagno prima di accorgercene, e il letto, pur comodissimo, non aveva le lenzuola ma solo un piumino leggero, con il quale faceva troppo caldo mentre senza troppo freddo...

• Mònica (9/5): Molt recomanable - La ubicació excel·lent, en el barri espanyol, a 1 minut del carrer comercial peatonal. L habitació cómode i funcional. La terrassa i restaurant on s esmorzar és fantàstica, al 9è pis am molt bones vistes. Ens va sorprendre que en check in el recepcionixta ens digués que no teniem una habitació maca i al demanar de canviar-la i fer un up grade ens va dir que no es podia. Sort que noho vàrem fer, perquè les habitacions estaven molt bé!!!!!

• Josh (10/5): Very reasonable price for an upmarket hotel - Excellent location, just off the main shopping street and close to the Spanish Quarter. Our room was large and furnished to a high standard. The staff were very polite and friendly. The rooftop bar/restaurant area was great for relaxing with a view over the city. The breakfast was very tasty

• Ashleigh (3/5): Good location, but very dirty. - Great location Very dirty rooms. One staff member told us that the water was complimentary. Then we got hit with a bill for the water. There was dirty pipes outside the windows, black mould around the door and dirty bathrooms. I would expect much more from a 4 star.. In fact, this wouldn't even be clean enough for a 2 star.

• Peter (8/5): Naples Archeological Museum is a must for the Bucket List ! - The hotel was good, in a super location, with very helpful staff. The view of Vesuvius from the roof top restaurant is blocked by an ugly thirty storey hotel just in front, but everything else was good. Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the Museum Archeological National of Naples are once in a life must see sights. The food and especially Run Baba’s are must eats too !

• Alex (1/5): Bad - Never stay there till they improve electricity around rooms. We stayed in Hotiday room in ictober 2024 on the third floor. I WAS ELECTROCUTED ! First night we noticed that side table lamps did not work and had unsafe switches. Many other sockets did not work. Air conditioning switch did not have mask around and it was exposed. Second night was the horror for us. I washed my hair and plugged hairdryer into the bathroom socket next to light switch . I was immediately thrown away by electric shock , fire came out from the socket , I felt electricity going down my right arm, luckily I had my rubber slippers on . There was a big boom and electricity went of in the whole room . Reception stuff did not react for quite long time so i had to go down to them shaking and in shock . No action was taken they offered another room. Manager apologised next morning and suggested that we should contact booking.com which we did and was offered 200 euros refund. We paid 700 for two nights , so 350 per night . Disgraceful and speechless. Thinking of suing them ! Place is dangerous!

• Nadia (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and cool - Super comfortable bed and great air conditioning for hot days! Block out curtains and was quiet for sleeping. Breakfast had a great options and was a set up in a nice room with a view on the top level. Location was super convenient able to access easily by the train and able to walk to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes The shower had no shower door so everytime we showered it sprayed all over the floor.
