- Marcelo (5/5): Great apt - The location is perfect, is right in front of Parque Augusta, the view from the apt is wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped and comfy. I'd stay again. The unit also has a parking lot. Easy to get in and out. I had some problems with the shower which would either be extremely hot or totally cold and a slightly unpleasant odor of old when I entered the unit. I later managed to understand the shower and could take warm baths (after 2 days) and the odor went away. I communicated with the landlord upon my arrival and he was extremely upset with my comments, got offended and didn't want to speak to me for many hours. I felt that was the only negative point of my stay. Later on we could communicate better, but he always kept a cold attitude.

- Marcelli (8/5): Apto. Com ótima localização - A localização é muito boa e a opção de ter garagem é um diferencial. O Apartamento é todo decorado, de bom gosto. Tudo ok. A casa ficou um pouco desconfortável para 5 pessoas. Um teve q dormir em um colchão de camping, mas nada q atrapalhasse pra um dia de hospedagem.
