• Peta (10/5): An excellent stay in KL. - It had everything I wanted in excellent condition. Close to the attractions I wished to see. Convince store on ground floor which was well priced. No power point near the ‘dedicated workspace’.

• Caitlin (6/5): Good - Very good location if you’re happy to walk to the hot spots. Shortest walk to Bukit Bintang street food market. The property has pool and gym, small convenience store located within the building which was great. Washing machine too but no drying rack. The property itself was super bare (not as pictured with placemats/wine glasses etc). No kitchen tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel to dry hands in bathroom. Minimal cutlery and only provided with two cups. On the plus side, has good size fridge, toaster, microwave and air conditioner. Staff was super responsive (thank you) when I asked for towels and drying rack, he provided us with a tea towel and drying rack.

• Asif Adam (5/5): I expected more from it being the Swiss Garden suites as I have stayed twice at the hotel in the past. I do realize it i - It was close to Berjaya Times square Room was not clean. The state of the bedding did not match the price I paid. Bathroom had a drain smell. Im not sure if all the Swiss Garden suites have this issue. Even though it's an apartment, at least 2 sets of towels could be included for the length of the stay. Always one set to use while the other is being washed. Wifi connection was average.

• Rafaëlle (10/5): Super - La sécurité : contrôles pour entrer, sortir, prendre l’ascenseur, aller à la piscine. Logement très spacieux! Idéal pour notre famille. Deux salles de bain, deux chambres avec literie confortable. Beaucoup de rangements. Produits dispos : gel douche, shampoing, éponge, lessive,… Piscine superbe avec très belle vue sur la tour ! L’ensemble de la résidence très propre. Échangé via whatsapp pour Check in et Check out très agréable et réactif. Très bien situé, localisation top à côté de Jalan Alor notamment. Rien vraiment idéal !

Quand on demande à rajouter des matelas, on nous dit que c'est payant, doublant le prix de la chambre !! Caution en liquide demandée pour une nuit, nous avons refusé Nous sommes finalement allé ailleurs, totalement scandaleux Sur 3 semaines de voyage, c'est le seul hotel qui a cherché à nous arnaquer comme cela. A eviter de toute urgence Par ailleurs, le systeme de portillon avec QR code de cette résidence est une catastrophe: tellement lent que cela créé des bouchons pour entrer / sortir

They come on time and don't clean the rooms on their own responsibility. You have to call them repeatedly to get the rooms cleaned.

• Wolfgang (9/5): - Waschmaschine besonders. Rundum alles gut. Bin nicht geschwommen, aber der Poolbereich ist schön Nicht gefallen ist relativ. Man merkt, dass das Haus nicht das Neueste ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich.

• Annette (10/5): Tolle Wohnung neben dem Nachtmarkt - Die Wohnung ist einfach super. Man hat auch einen tollen Ausblick vom 18. Stock. Super Poolanlage mit Gym, das man nutzen darf. Lage gleich am Nightmarket. Das die Wohnung von booking.com für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder angeboten wird, obwohl nur ein Doppelbett vorhanden ist. Nach WhatsApp Kontakt konnten wir dann mit einem Aufpreis ein Zustellbett organisieren. Netterweise bekamen wir sogar 2.

• ASSA (1/5): Expérience décevante - L’emplacement Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. La salle de bain était extrêmement sale et, en pleine nuit, nous avons subi un grave dégât des eaux : une véritable pluie torrentielle s’est abattue du plafond par une trappe, ce qui a été très effrayant. Le lendemain, on nous a changé de chambre, mais là encore, la salle de bain était à peine meilleure et restait sale. Expérience vraiment décevante.

It is old, tired and quite dirty ie the sofa. If you are looking at the photos, they are show photos for the flat when sold not for the flat you’re going to stay in WI-FI was AWFUL - barely any connection and service. Awful.

• Nichola (3/5): Tired, run down and cheap if you are desperate - It was close to Bukit Bintang It was shabby, very tired and run down. The bed had springs that poked you. The sheets were awful and the sofa not something I would ever sit on. The shower needed an upgrade. Also the door was not very secure.

• Viviane (8/5): Für den Preis und die Lage absolut top - Super Lage und sehr geräumige Wohnung. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Es ist Oberfläche sauber, jedoch wirkt insbesondere das Badezimmer recht vernachlässigt. Wenn man hier mal richtig gründlich putzen und entkalken würde, würde das gleich ganz anders wirken. Außerdem sind einige Dinge in der Wohnung etwas beschädigt und vernachlässigt. Mit ein bisschen Aufwand könnte die Wohnung richtig toll sein und dann auch zu einem ganz anderen Preis vermietet werden.

• Samir (5/5): - Proche du centre et personnel assez réactif. La chambre aurait bien besoin d’un rafraîchissement. La porte de la salle de bain tient à peine et la peinture est écaillée. Bien qu’elle soit censée accueillir quatre personnes, le lit ne peut en loger que trois au maximum. Côté propreté, la poussière était bien présente et le plaid du canapé semblait avoir connu de bien meilleurs jours. Heureusement, nous n’avions réservé qu’une seule nuit et avons plié bagage dès que nous nous sommes reposés.
