State of the apartment, the heating situation being a portable radiator, the kitchen was tiny, damp on the walls, mice running around and the loudest I have ever experienced living in London. At times it felt like there were no windows

It’s super clean, the beds are comfortable, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is extremely friendly, responds to messages in the chat very quickly, and is always ready to help with any questions the guests might have. We’ll definitely book this place again! A bit noisy outside at night, but it’s still worth staying.
• Joze (1/5): Bad - I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The sheets were not fresh; they were full of stains and had hairs on them, which was extremely unhygienic. The bathroom was freezing cold, and the shower only had barely warm water, making it uncomfortable to use. The internet didn’t work at all during my stay, despite trying multiple times. I reached out to the owner via WhatsApp, Booking.com messages, and phone, but received no response. To make matters worse, the owner only replied after I had already checked out, dismissively stating that the internet password was fine, which came across as very arrogant. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
