Guest Reviews
- Youssef (8/5): -
- Oriana (6/5): This was okay but would not rush back to stay again. - Beds comfortable, host responded quickly. The area does not feel very safe and the inside lacks any homely warmth.
- Anne (4/5): - Le ménage laissait à désirer.
- Martina (10/5): - The owner was really accommodating and really easy going. I rent the house for my father and uncle , they loved it . 2 rooms - pretty big , dining room , kitchen and toilet.Quiet area and super close to central London.
- Nafisa (10/5): -
- Hazel (8/5): - The host was very attentive especially for the issue of parking, helping us to sort parking permit, to allow free parking Water pressure in shower was a bit low
- Ben (8/5): - Stayed for two night with my brother - comfy beds, well equipped lounge, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Not the hosts fault but the someone in the flat above, a child a presume, was attempting to run a marathon, we timed their progress and they were running for about 6 hours straight with regular 2-3 minute breaks.
- Peter (7/5): - Friendly staff who were very easy to contact and responsive to messages. If you need parking, you need to be aware it's a very busy place and you likely won't get close. Other than that, it's fine.
- Zac (7/5): - Spacious fof a london flat and got a balcony Not a big fan of metal beds as i move alot in my aleep and couod here kid running around upstairs earlry morning
- John (10/5): Perfect, highly recommend staying here. - Great location, very clean, free parking, spacious apartment. Great communication from Host
- Emma (10/5): - Host were easy to contact and kept intouch all the way through the booking process. Checked in with ease and found the accommodation very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
- Kerkmeester (1/5): Avoid this property unless it’s your last resort! - It had two bedrooms and looked clean and tidy Extremely disappointing – avoid this listing
I was misled into thinking I was booking an apartment, but it turned out to be a poorly maintained council estate flat. The place was falling apart.
• A leak under the bathroom vanity caused water to pool on the floor — I nearly slipped
• The bedroom curtain rail fell off the wall when I opened the curtains — the bracket popped out of the crumbling wall.
• The bedding in one of the rooms was visibly unclean.
• There was only one roll of toilet paper for a multi-night stay.
• The window latch broke off in my hand.
• No access to the balcony to reach the clothes horse.
• The whole flat was in poor condition and not as advertised.
I’m a woman in my late 50s and did not feel safe returning to this area after dark.
To make things worse, after I left, the host accused me of causing the damage — which was clearly due to the state of the property — and is now demanding I pay for repairs.
- Philip (6/5): Pleasant - Location to where we needed to go to
- Andy (7/5): Good -
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carol (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean Misrepresented on advertising, pics of battersea power station. Not true building . It's a flat, not an apartment. Shower head broke/ missing, plugs hanging off the walls.
- Jonas (8/5): Very good -
- Connie (5/5): The host was amazing, really good at communicating, told how to turn everything on, felt super safe, area was great, the - The property was great, location was great, transport everywhere, local shops that was easy access, safe area, looked like its pictures It wasn’t clean, there was dust everywhere, the cups had mold at the bottom of it, we had to go buy paper plates and cups because we refused to use the appliances, there was stains on everything, the shower was missing a head so when you turned it on the wrong way water went everywhere, blood on pillows, ripped pillow cases, just wasn’t looked after which is a shame because it truly was a great apartment was also promised a permit but that was missing so had to pay for parking which I didn’t appreciate as it was expensive and wasn’t offered a refund of my ticket
- Sorin (4/5): Overpriced stay in London and the pictures on the add are misleading on the actual state of the apt! - A two bedroom apartment that you can use it as your last option when a family of 4 can visit. OMG, where should I start!!!
It seems that the apartment was newly renovated, but the job on it was a really bad one, it is already starting to fall apart...
The bathroom door does not stay close, only if you lock it and it was a really hard lock to open/close!
The heating when you are starting it, is working non-stop, you have to shut of the whole central heating to stop it - that was a weird system that I didn't got it.
Regarding the upstairs neighbors they were so loud, running around all day long and we slept only after they went to sleep themselves!
About the beds, one of them was a squiky one and the kids were often waking up because of the noise!
The last thing is about the hour that we were about to check it, we were asking if we can come at 11.00 AM and the landlady asked for another £40, saying to us that she has to pay the cleaners extra for us to come early ( the check in hour is 3.00 PM), although we already paid for cleaning, because it was included in the apartment price - we stayed for 6 nights and we payed £150 for cleaning!
PS you have to change the address on the add because the it is different from the actual address!
In conclusion this is an overpriced stay in London that you can choose it only as your last resort!
- Portia (10/5): Great facility, great customer service. I will definitely recommend it to everyone - The neatness of it N/A
- David (6/5): Clean and good location - Clean and easy access Noise from upstairs tenants
However this is out of their control and they are aware of it and dealing with it and can do with lamps in the bedrooms so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn the lights off
