Paulo (7/5): Not a very pleasant stay. - Great location. Studio needs an update. Bathroom and kitchen walls need a good paint job. A/C unit it’s right above the bed and on my last night I woke up with cold water drops on my head. I believe that drain hose it’s clogged. I had difficulties entering the unit. It wouldn’t take the code. Probably it needs a new battery. I tried to contact the host, but they never responded. One morning I met the host outside the studio and mentioned about the lock. She called someone, but it was never resolved. Not even a WhatsApp message. Back to the A/C unit, there is a large humidity spot on the wall. Definitely a leak. One of the blinds it’s broken. It won’t go down completely. There are gaps between the blinds. So if you’re one of those that can’t sleep during the day, you won’t be able to sleep in. The place need some attention. I’ve stayed in other studios in the same building and the units were great. I believe the place it’s manage by Charlie. I had issues with them in the past.
Loraine (10/5): Lugar ótimo, porém precisa esperar o horário do check in na rua devido a ser proibida a entrada. - Localização, estrutura muito confortável Achei péssimo e por esse motivo não voltaria não poder aguardar na recepção a liberação do check in tem que esperar na rua porque o acesso é bloqueado e só liberam no horário do check in fiquei 3 horas esperando na rua e com chuva para poder entrar. As recepcionistas são sem educação.

Luiz carlos (8/5): Localização muito boa, quarto espaçoso e confortavel, mas falta manutenção - Localização Sensacional e prédio novo. Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável Manutenção bem fraca. Apesar do quarto estar limpo percebe se alguns desleixos como paredes sujas e armários com portas emperrando. Meu vaso sanitário na primeira descarga entupiu. Mandei mensagem para acomodação e não tive resposta.

Carrie (5/5): For a couple of nights, I would recommend. If you have a family, or if your arrival is early in the day, go to an actual - Good location It is not a hotel. I wish this was clear before I book, as they did not provide luggage service, yet check in is at 3pm. Some of items in the room were broken. Also, the facility had a lot of security measures but refused to register us for face recognition because our stay is less than 1 month. I was terrified of coming in late at night and not being able to get in the building.

Aristotelis (10/5): Exceptional - A nice studio apartment located in a safe area. Building provides safety for your staying. Studio is clean and spacious and with many amenities for a comfortable stay. You can find everything you need within walking distance, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. Metro station is next to the building and helps you go wherever you want in the city. Last but not least, the host is available to assist all the time with any questions you may have to help you have a pleasant stay.
