• Adam (1/5): Dangerous , very noisy, sinking toilet floor - Location There is no fire escape. Very noisy street Old wooden windows don’t open properly. One window glass was broken. The Sofa is very uncomfortable , the toilet floor is sinking down because the flooring is rotten and very smelly

• Ashley (5/5): - This apartment did not meet our requirements however the host Rashed was extremely helpful and responsive which made for a smooth transition to an apartment that did meet our needs. This made for a more positive overall experience for our family, it's important to take both the time and opportunity to show recognition and gratitude when someone shows up human to human in this way. Thank you Rashed, your kindness and compassion were much appreciated.

• Amira (5/5): Central location was excellent! - yet we didn’t enjoy our stay there. - The location was the only thing we liked in the apartment. Central location near everything. The beds were not comfortable. The couch could only accommodate 2 people. The bathroom was not clean, and the shower heads and sink water pump were old and unclean. We couldn’t sleep during the night everyday because of the noise downstairs and the trains passing by every 15 minutes i guess. I had to get earplugs to be able to sleep.

• Lisa (5/5): Stay near Paddington Station - Check in and check out were flexible. The beds/pillows were new and very comfortable. Had to go elsewhere to pick up the keys with no lock box to leave/retrieve keys. The flooring and bathroom was filthy.
• Carl (3/5): This is a place to sleep, nothing more. - Location was great next to Paddington. Dymanic neighbourhoods with cultural mix. Easy to get to if you come in from Heathrow and easy to get into town with the elizabeth line from Paddington. Good towels and bedding. The general state of the apartment is poor unfortunately. It did not feel clean and the kitchen is missing some basic materials. Heating was not on during our stay which made it cold and damp, especially at night. The trains is a problem and you can hear and feel them in the apartment. The entrance to the building was dirty.

Bien juste pour dormir - avec boule quies ! - L’emplacement Extrêmement bruyant (train juste à côté) Table complètement bancale que nous avons dû nous même réparée ( aucune réponse quand je l’ai signalé) Trace de rouge à lèvre sur les verres, forte odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain.
• Anthony (8/5): We used the apartment as a base while we ventured around London, it was clean & comfortable - Great location - close to the tube Comfortable beds Warm & clean apartment Bathroom and kitchen were clean and functional with plenty of hot water. Good wifi Tube train noise from 5am till late pm! Noisy shop shutters being lifted somewhere at the front of the property about 5am and scraping of tables and chairs. (Admittedly not the fault of the apartment owners but I thought I’d leave a note here so that you’re aware of it) Dining table rocks quite a bit - be careful not to lean too hard on it.

• Kwai Lan (7/5): Convenience. - Location is very close to the main public transportation. Noise. When the tube passes through, we felt noisy and vibrant.
• María del Val (4/5): Lo mejor ha sido la ubicación. Y la atención de las personas que te entregan la llave. - La ubicación El baño estaba sucio, el mueble del lavabo tenía pegotes. Y el suelo era terrible, para taparlo ponían una toalla grande en el suelo a modo de alfombra. Tenían ahí metido los útiles de limpieza tipo fregona (viejísima) y el cubo, y el armario cuando lo abrías era un desastre entre sucio y desordenado. Lo mismo ocurría con la limpieza y orden de la cocina, era mejor no mirar debajo del fregadero, eso era un kaos de balletas y trapos usados. Todo sucio y desordenado. La nevera llena de escarcha. El ruido es insoportable, pasa el tren cada poco y está muy mal aislado. Las habitaciones son muy basicas y las camas no son cómodas para dos personas. Cuando entras en el portal huele fatal, y el ambiente está cargado y con polvo. No había ni un mantel, ni grande ni individual.

• YOSHIZAKI (10/5): 感謝しかないです。 - まずはどこに行くにもアクセスの良いパディントン駅前と言うことは行動範囲に幅が広がりました。 また部屋は広々とした２つのベッドルームで、先輩と宿泊しましたが、お互いのプライベートを確保出来ましたし、ベッドもゆったりで寛げました。 あとキッチンも４つの加熱があり、オープン、電子レンジと自炊メインの長期滞在した我々にはとても重宝しました。 最後に、部屋内の忘れ物の申し出にも、大変丁寧に対応頂けたのは大きなポイントです。 是非次回の渡英にも利用させて頂きたいと思います。 ８日間、お世話になりました。 見えないところのお掃除のみ。 電車の騒音は気になりませんでした。

• Antonio (8/5): Perfect position and very nice apartment - The position was nice, close to the metro and Paddington station. There were also several shops open 24h. There were so much noise during the night and from the early morning, cleaning could have been done better.

• Smith (6/5): Good except for noise - Clean, full amenities, comfortable bed. Easy to work with properly management. Convenient to Paddington Station Exceedingly noisy. Ear plugs recommended. Train nearby runs almost all night. Restaurant across the street disgorges revelers in the wee hours of the morning. Stairs to flat would be difficult for people with impairment.

• Katrina (9/5): Perfect for a long weekend in Paddington - I loved the location and it was so nice and clean! I kind of missed proper knife for bread or salat chopping as i love to prepare my own food. Internet tended to become really slow in evenings, so watching tv was not an option. Otherwise perfcet place to stay.
