• Κατερινα (8/5): - Έχουμε έρθει πάρα πολλές φορές στο κατάλυμα κ γενικά σε άλλα δωμάτια του καταλύματος!Παντα είναι καθαρά κ περιποιημένα!Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική κοντά στην θάλασσα !Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά ! Αυτό που μας ενόχλησε ήταν ότι δεν είχε παμτζουρια κ το πρωί το φως του ήλιου ήταν τόσο δυνατό που μας ξυπνούσε από πολύ πρωι!Επισης στο διπλανό δωμάτιο νούμερο 8 έκαναν πολύ φασαρία με τέρμα την μουσική λες κ την ακούγαμε παρέα !Δεν ξέρω αν έφταιγε η ηχομόνωση ή αν απλά οι ενοικιαστές δεν σεβόταν τους άλλους!
• SOFIA (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο, καθαρό, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, στο κέντρο Λεμεσού και κοντά στην παραλία! Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, σίδερο, tv, WiFi κτλ όπως ακριβώς αναφέρονται στο σάιτ. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι! Θα ήθελα να είχε πάνω από έναν προσαρμογέα μπρίζας, (έπρεπε να διαλέξω να φορτίσω ένα κινητό κάθε φορά , ή να διακόψω τη φόρτιση για να χρησιμοποιήσω πιστολάκι μαλλιών). Επίσης θα σύστηνα να τοποθετηθεί σίτα στο παραθυράκι του μπάνιου. Τέλος δεν μου άρεσε που υπήρχε χρέωση στις κάψουλες του καφέ και στη χρήση έξτρα ιματισμού σε περίπτωση που ήθελα παραπάνω.

We got check in instructions but when we had additional questions, like storage of luggage or if we encountered some issues with coffee machine and washing machine we didn’t get any reply. We tried to call but no one was answering. But except for that everything was great

• Gloria (9/5): Nice and spacious apartment, close to Limassol Marina - New and modern apartment. Location is 15 min walking from Limassol Marina. Nice terrace. Spotless clean and spacious. Space to deposit clothes and shoes. Additional towels and coffee could be ordered with an additional charge. No sugar, no salt, no paper towels, If it rains, the surface of the terrace gets wet and the kitchen can become wet too. No cleaning supplies, cleaning is charged separately

• Jovan (1/5): Disappointing experience - I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation, especially considering the price in the low season. The apartment was quite damp and cold, and since the only heating available is the air conditioner, it was not sufficient to keep the place comfortable during the winter season. Considering the price for this period, I believe guests should be provided with an additional heating option such as a radiator. The stove top worked very slowly and inefficiently, which made cooking difficult. There is also a water dispenser in the apartment, but it was not functioning. In addition, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes in apartment number 9. The apartment does not have blinds, only curtains, so a lot of light comes in. The bedside lights did not work, and there were no TV channels available. Additional confusion was with check out. In the message I was informed that the check out time is 10AM and on booking.com it is 10:30. In any case it is shorter than standard check out time 11 or 12 as they have check in time at 3PM. Overall, given the price and what was offered, the experience was quite disappointing.

• B. Peykov (9/5): Топ локация, модерно, широко. - Студиото е супер! Модерно обзаведено, има хладилник и котлон. Стаята е голяма, а кухненската маса е като за 6 човека. Балконът е страхотен и огромен, като от едната му страна в дъното се вижда и морето. Тоалетната е модерна и има всичко необходимо. Иначе плажът е доста близо, на 5-7 минути, локацията е идеална. Наблизо стартира крайморския парк, който е много подреден чист и идеален за разходка. През него за 15-20 минути в центъра на града пеш. Дограмата не уплътнява достатъчно добре. От отсрещната страна има къща с 3 кучета, които лаеха, когато си искаха. Също входната врата не спира шумовете от коридора. Трябва човек да спи много дълбоко, за да не чуе всички шумове.

There’s plenty of parking space, which is a big plus. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute drive to the old port and 20 minutes on foot. I’ll definitely choose this place again the next time I’m in Limassol!

• Botez (8/5): Worth the short stay - The studio was on the upper floor, it had everything needed for a short stay in Larnaca and the location was pretty nice and central-ish.

• József (9/5): Superb - A nice, cozy apartment, that had everything for the one night we spent there. The balcony was huge. Sights of the city were close to the flat. Finding a parking lot was not easy.

• Costas (9/5): Nice place, expected better hospitality. - Location is very nice near the sea and promenade. Very clean studio very spacious with big balcony. Excellent value for money. Note that nr9 maybe the best in the complex. Easy to get in and find using Google maps. I would recommend it for a stay in Limassol. It was one of the coldest days and nights in Limassol. On the two small beds there was a small light guild. Because we were cold asked for a bigger guild or a blanket both by sms on the given mobile number and email. We didn't get not even an answer. This is not the hospitality you expect. This is not Cyprus hospitality. You shouldn't neglect your customers.
