• Diane (10/5): Immersed in comfort & luxury. Everything designed to please. - The property is located close to the Prague Airport & easily accessible. I did the right thing by booking this accommodation; there was no tension figuring out the airport timings & being anxious about getting to the airport on time; the accommodation was close by, a short taxi ride away from the airport. The accommodation was stupendous, exquisitely furnished to a very high standard & luxurious; every detail was carefully thought through. I stayed there as a solo traveler, but the accommodation is well-equipped for a family or a group of guests. Without hesitation, I would recommend this accommodation to fellow travelers. In previous reviews, I read about the kindness & hospitality of the host. I arrived unexpectedly very late, as my flight from Paris was delayed by three hours. The host had waited up to greet me when I arrived at the property. I bet he was so tired when I arrived, after midnight. Just to convey my appreciation for his thoughtfulness and the genuine care he showed in making me feel welcome and comfortable despite my late arrival, which was due to circumstances beyond my control. Having to leave!

• Tao (3/5): RIP OFF - 1. Swimming pool 2. Clean place 1. Rip off. I feel scammed. I booked the cheapest room for three nights with one guest, myself. Then before checking in, I informed the host IN ADVANCE that my girlfriend will join me, and asked about the price change. He replied "We'll do it on spot. Don't say it now". When checking in, the host said due to the second person, he would kindly charge me an extra amount, which is approximately 75% of the original fee for myself, which is simply jaw-dropping. I have never met such a high fee for just an additional guest in my life. I called Booking but to no avail. My conclusion is that the host was very smart to set the price for one guest as lower than usual to attract potential guests like me, but for two, it'd be much higher. But none of this would have happened if the owner would just inform me of this great extra fee when I informed him of the second guest's arrival IN ADVANCE back then. We literally live in Prague, but for sure I cannot drive her away because of this incident. If we knew earlier, then she wouldn't join me in the first place. I understand that host has offered the discount, but this whole thing taught me a great lesson. And I wish every guest who read this will learn from my experience - For later additional guest, figure out the exact fee before you check in! Don't fall into the host's ambiguous replies. Always ask of the detailed amount! 2. The cheapest room doesn't really have a kitchen, even it still is shown as "Whole Apartment". It is a small room with a big bed. 3. Hot tubs seem to be always closed. But maybe I just did not go at the right time. 4. Electric is cut off suddenly when we were watching TV. Power was cut off for one hour somehow. I have never rated an accommodation lower than 8, because I always tried my best to relate to the host's side. This experience hurts me deeply.

• Hector (10/5): Great for large groups and weekend getaways - The place is very well equipped, beds are super comfy, kitchen has everything you can wish for (we were a party of 14 and did not miss a single glass or plate). The whole property is covered in sound acoustic panels so you don't have to worry about the sounds of the planes, which you'll be able to see up close because the airport is part of the view. Host met us to give us the keys and explain us everything, and also to ask us how did we like the stay before we checked out

• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay. We were 10 girls who reserved the Spa area for us. This did cost extra, but was worth it. The whirlpool was warm when we arrived so we could directly start. The owner was a very nice guy, which we could always reach in case something would bother us. We would definitely book again! There is a lot of flight traffic due to the nearby airport, but they did not fly at night, so it was fine.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment had a chic, modern vibe—reminiscent of something straight out of Los Angeles. One of the highlights was relaxing in the hot tub with our kids, taking in the breathtaking sunset views over the airport. It created unforgettable memories for all of us. If there's one small suggestion, it would be to address the slight step between the entrance and the living area—it’s easy to miss, and we found ourselves stumbling over it a few times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we’d happily return to!

You may come here by car, and there is a big parking place. The landscape during sunset is amazing on the terrace. There is a step from the corridor to the kitchen, if you don't see it then that is dangerous.

• Priit (9/5): Superb - A wonderful location with great views. City center easily reachable with a small walk and one tram. Airport quite close with taxi. The room was amazing and the bed really comfortable. The hot tub was top notch. Would visit another time gladly as the first main problem was just an unfortunate mistake which could've been resolved earlier if I had check the room more thoroughly when I arrived not at night. Had a problem regarding the cleanliness at first but the problem was quickly amended and was made up to me. The floors were a little cold, some slippers would be nice at winter (would also make going to the hot-tub easier. The housekeeper unfortunately didn't speak english but every problem got resolved with online chat and translate so no problems there.

• John (6/5): The jacuzzi is only free for an hour (and given to you "like a favour". They freeze a 2nd sum. - There is a very nice view and the accommodation itself is cozy, clean, and pleasant. There are two problems with our stay. 1. We booked this room on booking.com because it had a jacuzzi advertised. On arriving, we were told that we could only use the jacuzzi for an hour - any longer would cost extra. This should have been on the information on booking.com. If we had known, we would not have stayed here. 2. My card was charged twice. One payment went through, and the other remains frozen now, eight days later. I had been told by the owner that the second sum would be returned in a few hours. We are still waiting. My email and Whatsapp about this were not answered. I've started the formal procedure with booking.com for their assistance in getitng this second payment back. As this had been our spending money for the weekend, this is extremely inconvenient. If making a booking with this property, use a card with only the exact sum due on it so that they don't also do this to you and keep you waiting for the second sum to be returned.

Kitchen: Everything you need!! 8. Parking: Adequate street parking. Host shows you exactly where to park. If you complain about parking, you're just lazy 😊. Location is a local neighbourhood just outside of Prague centre which is also very nice and quiet. The owners are really friendly, allowed a last minute late checkout request too. Also great views from the property. Highly recommended.

About 20 from the city center Perfect for very early / late flights The beautiful terrace is a bonus! It's not a dislike, more of a warning, the apartment is not close enough to the airport to walk or take public transport so account for that. From the city center it takes about 40-50 minutes by public transport.
• Tahira (10/5): A real gem of a find - Everything! This place was fantastic . 5 of us travelling and we needed to be near the airport for an early morning departure . We were met by the hosts who showed us all the amenities . Everything you need us here . 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms . Kitchen , washer , dryer . Beds were confortable and roomy . A walk out gives you a beautiful View of the sunset . The apartment is beautiful , modern and spotless. The hosts also gave us recommendations for local dining options. Would have loved to have stayed longer ! Everything was perfect ! No complaints.
• Anonymous (10/5): Extremely satisfied with the facility - What my friends and I loved the most was the serenity of the apartment and how it felt like home. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The apartment wasn’t so far from the bus/tram stop. We absolutely loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was. For me, I would rate this apartment 10/10 and highly recommend it. Trust me, there’s everything to love about the apartment.
