Masako (1/5): 2度目は絶対ない - ドゥオモから近くて観光に便利コミュニケーション不全。備品不足。事前に到着予定時間を詳細に連絡してチェックイン時間に同意していたにも拘らず到着日前日になって何時に着くのか聞いてきて、到着時間が不明なので無人チェックインになると言ってきたのにはあきれた。前日は飛行機で移動中だったのでそのメッセージを確認できたのはチェックイン当日の直前で現地に向かう途中の電車の中でオンラインチェックインするための手続きに追われた。また備品も滞在日数分には少なく、特にトイレットペーパーは使いかけがセットされていただけで予備も無く、予備を請求するとフィレンツェ市の方針でホテル並みのサービスが提供できないことになっているなどと訳の分からない説明をしてきた。しまいにはゴミ出しをチェックアウトの前日に依頼してきた。事前にゴミ出しのルールとどこにどのように捨てるか説明があれば協力できるが、何の事前通達なく突然ゴミを捨てておけとはどういうことなのか理解に苦しむ。とにかくサイト上での事前のやり取りが無視された形で有人チェックインをしてもらえなかったのがショックだった。
