• Maria Princess (8/5): Good for calue of money - Have a separate entrance and quiet The throw pillow inside the bedroom. I can smell that it is not being washed or changed every time theres a new guest/s. However the normal pillows have new washed pillowcases.

Overall the apartment was the best we ever booked! - Very quiet and clean area, the whole apartment was clean, looked exactly as the picture on the website , we had everything we needed . The owner was very good to us always asking if everything’s perfect and if we need anything to let him know. We were happy to stay there Nothing. Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it.

Cet appartement ne devrait pas être loué pour trois personnes, c'est trop petit. Il n'y a qu'une petite table à manger avec seulement deux chaises. Aussi, le divan-lit une fois ouvert tombait sur le côté au fond, il n'était pas stable.

Even a box of chocolates in bedroom-we only had one as we were there for one night only. not a problem -just so future guests know - you are in a new neighbourhood and the vibe is family suburbia with home construction.
• Pat (5/5): Not "upfront" entirely about where and what type of place this is. - The facilities seemed clean and comfortable enough. Kitchen had a few cups and dishes that were helpful and washer and dryer a bonus, though didn't use. The advertisement for this place made me believe it was a condo/apartment in a larger building. It turned out to be an apartment in someone's walkout basement in a townhouse community! I like to be organized, and it made me nervous that the entry code would only come to us a couple hours before check-in time, but it did. (What if my phone were out of range or not working?! We were coming from U.S., and DID, periodically, have phone connecting troubles.) Initially, I had touble understanding directions to get in- seeing only one door - didn't know we had to go to back of building at basement level! Also, more rules were sent only at check-in date: that there were small children living above who may be noisey and, as well, asking us to keep noise down when they might be sleeping. Not a problem, but this should have been stated all up front! I was uncomfortable staying under such circumstances. Began wondering if there were cameras or recording devices...

We only stayed a night as we were passing through but if we had been spending more time in Moncton it would have been a great place to have as a home base for a few days. Suitable for a couple or small family as it does have a pull out couch.

We were a young expecting couple travelling to coach at a volleyball tournament and the accommodations here were perfect for our stay! EVERYTHING was exceptionally clean, hosts responded quick for our late check in arrival time. They had EVERYTHING & more than we needed during our stay! The location was very central and easily accessible! I 10/10 would stay here again! Only downside was the key pad to get in was kind of hard to use but once I got the same of it it was a piece of cake! :)

• Christensen (10/5): The perfect Airbnb!! - Everything...it was a very nice little apartment was a sweet little place very clean had everything we needed for our stay...I was there for surgery and the owner even brought me flowers with wishes for a speedy recovery! 😊 We will diffently stay there again if the opportunity arises! A minor deal but we felt the couch and chair was not very comfortable to sit and relax on....but loved the bed very comfortable!!
