• Eszter (8/5): Nice, clean apartment with a kind host; just needs bit more attention to detail for a perfect stay! - The property is beautiful. It is perfectly clean and has almost all the equipment if you need for a mid-term stay, you can "live" there for even 1-2 weeks. It is at a 20-minute walk from the city center, but the bus station is just around the corner. While we were staying there, there were roadworks under the windows but we didn't hear a sound because the windows are so well soundproofed. Our host, Alessandro is a very kind person. He provided us what we asked for. Room for improvement: The photos about the apartment were a bit misleading in our case: there were a couple of things missing, like coffee capsules, bathrobes, welcome wine, also there were no dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. And 2 little toilet paper rolls are definitely not enough for 2 people for a week. When asked, Alessandro brought most of these in, but it would have been better to have these after an 11 hour drive in Saturday evening, not having to ask... In the kitchen there is only one socket so you have to plug-unplug the appliances (toaster, coffee machine, microwave) and you cannot use them parallelly. This plug-unplug process is uncomfortable when you want to make breakfast for two. It would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen too. Since the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, providing some basic ingredients for simple cooking would make it much better (salt, oil, etc). Before our trip, it was nearly impossible to contact Alessandro; we tried calling several times without any response, which was a bit worrying. However, he replied just before our check-in, and it turned out he is very kind and accommodating. This is a beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment with a super kind host. If Alessandro could put a little extra care into the details, the guest experience would be simply perfect!

There were plenty of amenities for us to use (especially when we needed to do our laundry mid way during our trip). Cooking facilities were good, bedroom was very comfortable and the apartment was very tastefully designed. Quite a long walk from points of interest - it was around 15-20 mins walk from the central train station and similar to the Duomo. The surrounding neighborhood had a lot of roadworks as they were building connecting tram lines to the city by 2026. I would imagine the situation gets better once trams are built.

Apartment was equipped with washing machine, and also steamer which was very helpful. Kitchen was beautiful and everything was new and very clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The bed is very comfortable and the staff was helpful with early check in where they kept our luggage safe with no problem. Will be definitely booking again when next staying in Florence.

Alessandro was extremely nice, we felt we could have his support all the time. The location is also very good, we can walk to the Ufizzi and to the Accademia; So amazing!
