Shared bathroom was all ok. Kitchen was accessible but didn't feel comfortable to use as the family shared it.

Tea and coffee (unlimited) - amazing! Good food restaurants around and shops for food. Wish we took photos but all have my child in that I had took of the room. Nothing- all perfect!

Plein d'équipeméts dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas un etablissement de luxe mais c'est parfait si vous voulez voyager entre amis ou en famille à petit prix, vous aurez tout à disposition. Lumière qui passe dans la chambre, mais avec un masque c'est pas dérangeant. Lit qui grince un peu. Seul bémol, 1 salle de bain avec un seul toilette pour 3 chambres est un peu juste, sachant que ce sont beaucouo de touristes qui logent et qui donc veulent utiliser les communs le matin et le soir à la meme heure.
• Henrike (9/5): A lovely stay in a lovely home - Cindy is an amazing host and my room was super cozy. I was there for 4 nights and it was perfect. You live in the same apartment with Cindy, her two (adorable) children, and potentially two other guests, so don't expect zero sounds, but it was also never too noisy or in any way annoying. There is only one bathroom for 3 guests, but I never had to wait, at least not for long. Thank you so much for sharing your apartment, Cindy!!

The place was a short walk from Camden and a central underground station so it's easy to get around from there. It seems like the toilet is shared by a lot of people so often had to wait.

• Javier (4/5): Acorde al precio que se paga, pero no repetiría bajo ningún concepto - La ubicación, el personal es muy amable. El baño está limpio. El edificio tenia un olor un poco fuerte, te acostumbras. Escaleras ruidosas, cama muy incomoda (deberían considerar poner un topper o cambiar el colchón). Además al compartir con una familia la cocina sobre la práctica no la acabamos usando, ya me informé pero lo esperaba de otra manera.

• Dick Ka (8/5): 整體性價比都比較高，因為很便宜，但是房子裏沒有洗手間需要共用洗手間，而且屋內環境整潔到尚可，有待改善 - 因為住宿位置需要把行李搬上兩層樓梯的房間，我們最後一天把行李寄放在住宿裏，回來的時候屋主已經幫我們把行李放到地面上，非常感激。 整棟房間只有一個洗手間，但是有很多住戶在裏面居住，因此洗澡或上廁所需要排隊。

• Richard (9/5): Schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in super Lage - Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles war sauber, die Gastgeberin sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bemüht! Es war alles da, was wir benötigten. (Wasserkocher, Tee...) Drinnen hätte es etwas wärmer sein können.

Bref à éviter sauf si vous ne voulez pas dormir dehors , en denier ressort On est arrivé à midi , j’ai demandé à venir plus tôt mais c’était 15hoo absolument. Alors que la pièce fait 1o m2 3 heures à se balader dans Londres avec deux grosses valises

Very quiet and clean. Window didn’t open/close very well. Bit tricky to get the hot water level right in the shower but not a huge problem

• Marina (7/5): Dichtbij Kings Cross station. - Dit was een redelijke accommodatie voor 2 nachten in London, op 5 minuten loopafstand vanaf Kings Cross. Het is geen luxe maar dat is niet te verwachten voor deze prijs in London. In de kamer was alles wat ik nodig had. De kamer is erg gehorig, er is het geluid van het verkeer en van de badkamer ernaast als mensen douchen of het toilet gebruiken. Desondanks had ik wel prima geslapen. De badkamer zou wat netter mogen, die kan misschien een opknapbeurt gebruiken?

• Jermaine (10/5): Comfortable stay, good location and lovely host - Around 6-7 mins walk from kings cross station, the area felt really safe theres a near by bus station as well, the check in instruction is clear and direct, the room and shared bathroom is really clean, bed and pillow is comfortable, so many near by cafes and restaurants. My husband left his apple watch in the room and we are a couple hours away from london, the host gets out of her way to post the watch and is now reunited with us the host wont accept a payment we are so grateful and appreciate the kindness. Thank you so much would recommend this place to anyone.
• Mauran (8/5): Cet établissement est parfait si vous venez quelques jours pour visiter Londres ! - L’emplacement est idéal, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Les hôtes sont très prévenants. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres, avec de nombreux petits détails qui ont rendu le séjour confortable (claquettes pour la salle de bain, bouilloire, ventilateur…). Enfin, la cuisine équipée est très pratique. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit. Donnant sur la rue et étant juste à côté de la salle de bain, on entendait à la fois les voitures, les bruits de l’extérieur et les allers et venues vers la salle de bain.

• Sara (8/5): Really good location and price - The location is perfect and the check in goes smoothly even if you self check in. Everything was clean and the room looks toward the street. Because of its location it can be a bit noisy, not the building but outside. I'd say it's fine if you take earplugs.
• Sara (6/5): - The room was nice, the location was good There was no reception. Young child in the house in combination with bad sound isolation gave us a sense of little privacy. Only one bathroom for quite a few guests.
• Luiza (9/5): Overall good accommodation, perfect location and hosts, practical room, bathroom is the only minus - Location is perfect - close to everything, bus stop right in front, subway at max 5 minutes walk. Not noisy, unexpectedly quiet. Cindy and her husband are extremely accommodation and welcoming/kind people, we left our luggage earlier than check-in and later than check-out and we also got bigger towels (my fiance is 195cm so he needed bigger towel than what they provided initially). This type of attitude is getting very rare among people in general, so a very big plus and keep it up! Room is small but very practical for a city break. You have to keep in mind the prices in London accommodation are extremely high, but Cindy's is much cheaper than average, so the comfort in the room/bathroom was not ideal, but we went there with no expectation. Only issues we had were related to the bathroom. Room #2 is directly near the bathroom, so you can hear all doors opening/closing at very weird times of day. Also, bathroom was not clean at all (during our stay July 21-23, the guests from Room #4 left an unimaginable mess and dirt and other things which I'll not mention), but this is really not the host's fault, but people's good manners. :) The host was cleaning as often as possible, but we had to clean after other guests in all 3 days of our stay. Again, not host's fault, but worth mentioning that you never know who you might encounter in an accommodation with shared bathroom. Another issue with Room #2 is that, being so close to the bathroom and guests showering with exorbitant amount of water (40 minutes usual shower) and not pulling the curtain led to water flowing directly in our room for both nights. Not pleasant at all, as the flooring had bumps while we were there due to the water excess. By the time we left, it was fine.

L'accueil était bien, j'ai croisé l'hôte en arrivant, elle m'a montré les lieux. Le lit et les draps sont très confortables. Détails soignés : Des tongues pour se rendre à la salle de bain Une carafe d'eau Une bouilloire Un calepin pour prendre des notes. C'est très bien La rue est bruyante (mais il y a des chambres côté cour) et il manquerait des rideaux qui assombrissent, même la nuit, car il y a un lampadaire qui arrive droit sur la chambre.

• Claudia (7/5): - Lekker dichtbij St. Pancras Station dus ideaal als je met de trein komt. Lopend binnen 10 min ben je er. Koffers mochten we al afgeven dus gelijk het centrum in. Ook met vetrek mochten we de koffers achterlaten en in de middag oppikken. Tijdens het verblijf stuurde ze nog een berichtje of alles naar wens was. Mooie centrale plek. Onze kamer lag aan de weg. Dus wat last van het verkeer. Kamers zijn wat gehorig. Kom je enkel voor het slapen (zoals wij) is het prima. Als je wat slecht ter been is het wel een uitdaging want je moet 3 trappen omhoog lopen. Maar voor die prijs moet je ook niet heel veel verwachten. Wij vonden het prima.

• Anna Maria (1/5): AVRÅDER FRÅN ATT BOKA RUMMET - — FRUKTANSVÄRT BOENDE FRUKTANSVÄRT BOENDE - JAG KUNDE INTE STANNA KVAR Trots att det var tidig kväll när vi kom och mitt barn på 4 år var trött efter en hel dags resa på tåg var jag tvungen att boka ett dyrt hotellrum och ta mitt barn från det här boendet "Quiet Cosy Room4". Det fanns inget rent underlakan i sängen och värden svarade inte på meddelanden på lång tid. I köket kunde vi inte öppna kylen pga prylar på golvet, om vi inte skulle flytta grejerna först. Vi kunde inte sitta vid köksbordet pga att endast en stol gick att använda. Övriga stolar gick inte att dra ut pga prylar på golvet. I köket stod en obäddad säng som visade att minst en person sover i köket. Det var allmänt stökigt i kök men också i andra allmäna utrymmen som trapp. Köket var en enda röra. Jag bad att få pengarna tillbaka för ett boende vi inte kunde använda. Men värden skyller dels på att de förvarade bagage för en annan gäst och att det var därför det var stökigt. Hon gick också till attack mot mig och hävdade saker som inte stämmer som att vi tagit en dusch och stökat till i rummet och att vi därför inte kunde få pengarna tillbaka. Kändes väldigt obegagligt att komma till boendet. Avråder starkt från att boka det här rummet. Jag bor gärna i enkla rum men det ska kännas tryggt och vara skapligt rent. Framförallt bör det motsvara bilder som finns på Booking.

Our room was large enough, toilet + bathroom (shared with other guests just a few steps upstairs, kitchen (top level) shared with the owners and other guests, but there’s no need to use the kitchen when you come to London to visit it. I don’t understand the Guests complaining about it, because it is any surprise when you book this place. If you book at Quiet Cosy Room, you agree with the conditions at this place (nothing is hidden on Booking). And the place is very quiet. You have everything you need in your room. If you run out of tea, coffee, sugar or milk, you can take them from the baskets provided for all the Guests, so you don’t need to ask them. When you have any question or need, the Host is very helpful and reactive 😊 Thanks for our Host 🙏 -

• Corine (10/5): Exactly what I needed - What a great place to stay! A quiet room, a good bed, proper (shared) bathroom, clean and warm. The owner is very kind and helpful. The place is easy to find, and the location is really perfect! So close to Kings Cross and yet quiet! The room was very warm. I love that, it was a big positive for me, but if you like your room to be cool, ask the owner to open the window for you before you arrive. I'm sure they will help you get the room at the right temperature for you. I hope it will be available every time I need a place to crash in Londen.

Access to the property was via a corridor passing residential flats. It was dirty and smelt really bad. (Urine) Shared bathroom was extremely dated. A small tv would have been appreciated.
