• Maria (6/5): Habriamos apreciado saber que la casa estaba infestada de cucarachas antes de ir y cuando puse el tema, no recibí ningún - La ubicación es buena, a unas dos cuadras de Calle 8, y responden rápido. El check-in fue fácil; el check-out es temprano, 10am, aunque finalmente nos dejaron salir a las 11am. Antes de llegar nos dijeron que iban a fumigar por hormigas durante nuestra estancia, pero no vimos hormigas; encontramos varias cucarachas. Fue desagradable y debió resolverse antes de recibir huéspedes. La cama no fue muy cómoda y, de sartenes, solo había una, además rayada.

• Isaac (7/5): Falta de limpieza en zonas comunes - Los vecinos de la primera planta estaban siempre vigilando y con música puesta en el balcón. El portón del aparcamiento nunca funcionó y siempre estaba abierto. Las zonas comunes estaban muy sucias y con vomitos. En el pasillo lateral al aparcamiento dormía un vagabundo todas las noches. Se supone que es un recinto cerrado. El apartamento bien cumple con lo que anuncia

• Zoltán (7/5): I think we received in balance what we paid for. We learnt Little Havanna is basically a noisy place - Spacious rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Laundry available to use. After the first night we reported that one of the windows couldn't be shut. Next morning it was fixed forthwith. Shops, groceries are around. A week earlier Hospenados informed us that the apartment we had booked a couple of months earlier, was not available for us because their system is overbooked. They offered this apartment as the only option to stay. Noisy location.
• Nadia 69 (9/5): Séjour confortable dans l’ensemble, avec des améliorations possibles - Logement propre, spacieux et bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition (kit cuisine et kit salle de bain : shampoing, gel douche, liquide vaisselle, éponge, papier essuie-tout). La literie est confortable. Le séjour est grand et lumineux, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est correct dans l’ensemble, mais quelques points sont à améliorer. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt chaque matin à cause de la lumière : des rideaux occultants seraient vraiment nécessaires. La climatisation est très bruyante, ce qui oblige à choisir entre le bruit ou la chaleur, peu confortable la nuit. Attention également à l’arrivée autonome : nous n’avions pas reçu les codes lors de notre arrivée tardive, ce qui nous a contraints à prendre une nuit d’hôtel. Elle a été remboursée par la suite, mais cela a généré du stress et une perte de temps qui pourraient être évités avec une meilleure organisation.

• José (5/5): Cumple, pero tiene mucho por mejorar - La ubicación es muy optima y tenía todo lo básico estilo airbnb Al llegar habían insectos que si bien estaban muertos, pero en el piso había una gran cantidad de hormigas Que siempre hay gente sentada en la escalera y gente durmiendo en los autos de los estacionamientos y gente que pasa todo el día mirando, si bien no pasó nada, es incómodo la presencia Que se fue el internet y estuvimos casi 30 horas sin wifi Nos pasó en 4 ocasiones que llegamos y nuestro estacionamiento reservado para nosotros estaba ocupado, incluso una vez tuvimos que dejar el vehículo en la calle por unas horas hasta que se solucionara el asunto Y otro tema que si bien resultó ser todo normal Que te piden una garantía por un link externo, pero si se me devolvió, pero puede generar dudas al inicio.

• Kevin (9/5): Great location, nice neighboorhood, spacious and clean. - The location was great—just a couple of blocks away from Calle 8. It was easy to access the main tourist attractions by car. The shower was great—nothing like a nice hot shower after a day of walking around. The kitchen needs a new stove and more kitchenware. It's hard to cook a decent meal with the limited tools you have.

• Andres (10/5): Good - Location, spacious. Can’t think of anything. Perhaps, in my case, they were really tight on check in and out schedule.
• Irene (7/5): Great location - Location is great although we did have two police officers looking for a trespasser There was a leak into our bathroom. Also it was difficult to keep the floor clean, there was a broom but it was also very dirty. The washing machine didn't work very well and there were people feuding over it.

• Xiandro (7/5): Nice place for short stay - Was easy to access and instructions was very easy Not enough kitchen stuffs, and also towels. Missing a proper sofa. They rent it for 5 person with a sleeping sofa. When you are sleeping on the sofa there is no other sofa to watch tv.
