• Naomie (9/5): Lovely place, cute neighborhood with many restaurants, you can smell bakery from downstairs, and not super well isolated - Close from centre jean beliveau, big, cozy, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds. We could hear outside noise a lot, there was a funky smell that came from the bakery downstairs, but you get used to it.
• Heather (8/5): - Location. Bakery below. Two bedrooms. Close to arena and old Quebec. The caretakers were helpful, responded to our needs, and kind. Bathroom is small, chairs in kitchen have no backs and you need good mobility to handle the stairs.

• Alan (6/5): - Located in a nice area. My bedroom had plastic bags wedged into the gaps to try and keep the cold out - these were only partially successful. I had to use additional duvets to stay warm.

• CEDRIC (7/5): - Super quartier, cafés et restaurants partout, accès facile, stationnement gratuit la nuit au pied de l'appartement. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bains et la fenêtre était impossible à ouvrir. Le logement est propre mais il est visible que l'entretien consiste à remettre des couches de peinture les unes sur les autres. Une vraie rénovation serait bienvenue, car le potentiel du logement est réel.
• Marilyn (9/5): 5 Night Stay - I liked the area, with all the lovely apartments. There are lots of restaurants and it's a nice walk into the old part of the city. (About 2kms) Helene and Pedro, our hosts, were very helpful and approachable. The apartment was well stocked, should you need it. The bed was very comfortable. Could tend to be a little noisy, especially Friday nights, but still managed a good nights rest. Yes, the bathroom is small but very manageable.
• Marion (6/5): Trop bruyant - L’appartement est grand et accessible. Très intéressant de pouvoir se garer sans stress même si c’est à deux coins de rue. L’appartement est en coin de rue et en diagonal en face il y a un bar à concert. Qui ne ferme pas avant 3h00 am le samedi. C’est long et bruyant. 100CAD pour le ménage pour une nuit c’est un peu onéreux. Un seul wc dans la salle de bain.

• Björn (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mitten in einem lebendigen Viertel - Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung und fanden das Platzangebot und den Schnitt der Wohnung sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Alles funktioniert und ist in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der eigene Parkplatz ist viel wert und zum Be- und Entladen haben wir in unmittelbarer Nähe Parkmöglichkeiten gefunden. In der Bäckerei unter der Wohnung gibt es gutes Baguette und guten Kaffe…. Die Klimaanlagen entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Effizienzstandard , so dass es etwas dauert, bis die Wohnung gekühlt ist. Wir haben es dennoch sehr geschätzt, dass eine Klimatisierung vorhanden ist.

• Marko (10/5): - Nice and clean. Has everything you need. There Is a bakery underneath the apartment so it's convenient for breakfast before you go to town.
• Andreea (9/5): Superb - The hosts prepared instructions very easy to understand, and they were very responsive when we had questions. The apartment is very big, clean, and has a very good location. The kitchen is very well equipped. The furniture is very basic. Some new furniture would be a good idea. The cupboards in the kitchen are very old. A/C machines run in 2 rooms only and are very noisy, so it's not that comfortable when it's super hot outside.
• Ana (8/5): Lively neighborhood - We loved the neighborhood, so many bars, restaurants and fun architecture. We found the beds comfortable and the rooms have a good size (except the bathroom). As mentioned by other travelers, the location can get very noisy (on Friday we had music from the bar and people until 2am, and noisy neighbors and cafe downstairs from 7am). However this is the price to pay to be in a lively neighborhood so we were warned and it didn’t bother us. The property was a bit run down, particularly the windows and the bathroom.

• Laurent (10/5): Great apartment in hip area of.town. - Well situated apartment. Very clean . Very comfortable beds. Good value for the price. Walls a bit thin (a bit of noise from neighbours) To be expected in an apartment.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - It was clean and provided what we needed. For a busy area, it was rather quiet and there were blackout curtains that kept the rooms dark despite the street lights outside. When it appeared that there was no toilet paper, I contacted the host and they immediately called me to tell me where it was kept.

• Brenda (6/5): It served it’s purpose for one night. - It was pretty quiet. During the day you could hear music from another apartment. A full kitchen is nice. The stairs leading up to it are very steep. We had heavy luggage. It was a bit treacherous. Metal stairs with a spiral at the top.

• Joanne (10/5): Lovely homely feel and great location. - Lovely property - great location and facilities. We stayed for three nights and it was very comfortable and a great place for exploring Quebec and its old town. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The living area is comfortable and cosy for a night in. The bedroom (we used the one next to the kitchen) is comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is a bit small, but it was perfect for us anyway. We walked to and from the Old Town. It takes about 45 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home. The only thing I would recommend would be to provide a clothes airer. We used the washing machine and dryer once, but the dryer didn't get things completely dry so it would have been nice to have something to hang them on.
