• MARINA (1/5): - Расположение объекта вполне не плохое. Ключ от входной двери в подъезд работал очень плохо. В первый раз мы вообще не смогли открыть и нам помогали соседи. Многие проходили с электронным ключом, и мы, увидев в этом выход, запросили подобный, на что получили отказ и сообщение, что это в первый раз, когда у кого-то плохо открывалась дверь, хотя мы позже увидели отзыв с подобной ситуацией. Квартира очень грязная и пыльная. Моя дочь начала чихать к вечеру первого дня и нам пришлось протирать все поверхности, которые оказались очень грязными. Душ был ужасным, крепился на скотче и в таком состоянии, что страшно было войти в кабину. На вопрос и фото нам сказали - поверьте, он чистый. Помыться было квестом - 30 секунд горячая вода, потом холодная и снова все с начала. В квартире не было не мыла, не салфеток, не мусорных пакетов. Шкаф как таковой отсутствует, предлагается вешать одежду на перекладину в чулане, который пыльный настолько, что страшно туда зайти, более того, эта комната завалена каким-то хламом, который стоит там непонятно зачем. Освещение в ванной очень тусклое, его практически нет. Сидение от унитаза сильно шатается. Из заявленного «бесплатного набора для ванной» был положен маленький пакетик одноразовый «шампунь-гель для душа», которым у вас не получится помыться. Холодильник грязный. Заявлена кофейная машина, капсул нет. Уважаемый Габриель, как туристам понять, какие капсулы ему купить, чтобы выпить кофе? Заявленный тостер древний и пыльный. Вам не захочется им воспользоваться. И в целом всё старое, обшарпанное и ужасное. Из базового набора нет ничего: ни сахара, ни перца, ни кофе, ни соли, ни какого-то масла для жарки. Короче, если вы хотите испортить себе отпуск, то вам сюда. Грязь в кухонной зоне, заляпанные стены, нет полотенец, нет тряпок. Чайник просто ужасный: с таким налётом, что просто опасно для здоровья. С посудой совсем ужасно. Один нож, нет доски для резки. Кран на кухне работает весьма странно, брызги по всей кухне.

• Chiara (8/5): - L'attico e la vista sono molto belli. L'open space crea un ambiente conviviale ottimo per una coppia o un piccolo gruppo di amici. L'host si è dimostrato poco disponibile e presente. Necessita di qualche accortezza in più per poter essere considerato ottimo (es c'è il phon, ma non l'adattatore per la presa).
• daniela (9/5): appartamento bellissimo - appartamento molto bello, host molto disponibile e attento e posizione adatta per le nostre esigenze. piccolo problema della doccia che è o molto fredda o molto calda è un problema che per noi non è stato di grande disturbo dato il breve soggiorno
• Laurie (10/5): Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans le loft. - Le loft est très bien situé dans un immeuble calme, propre et sécurisé près de la gare de Trastevere (très facile d’accès depuis/vers l’aéroport). Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de transport en commun à proximité pour partir à la découverte de la ville. Il est également situé à quelques minutes à pieds des quartiers Monteverde et Testaccio, pour une plongée dans l’authentique ambiance romaine. Le loft en lui même est lumineux et spacieux. Il est correctement équipé pour cuisiner. Les serviettes de bains étaient propres et en suffisance. L’atout du lieu est sa grande terrasse qui offre une chouette vue sur la ville et permet de se rafraîchir le soir en admirant le ciel changer de couleur. Le check-in autonome est très aisé grâce aux indications complètes de l’hôte qui reste disponible pour d’éventuelles questions durant le séjour. Le logement offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter ! La douche est un peu capricieuse (c’est assez courant dans les logements romains), mais ça reste un détail.

• Rose (9/5): Comfortable and homely apartment, ideal to see all that Roma has to offer - Very effective entry into the property, comfortable and stylish apartment where we felt at home straight away. Good location with direct links into the city centre and good amenities nearby. Amazing view from the huge rooftop terrace, lovely to sit out to have a coffee. Thank you for the thoughtful touch to make our wedding anniversary very special and memorable! Hot water in the shower was quite temperamental, but the host was aware

• Alba (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very good. The place is confortable and beautiful. Close to bus and Piramide station (metro).
• Mergen (9/5): Superb - We stayed at Gabriele’s nice apartment for 4 days in Rome. The host was welcoming and showed some nice hospitality from the beginning, which allowed flexible check-in and check-out hours. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and has a spacious terrace offering nice view around Rome. Location is quite good, there are busses or taxis around. During the hot summer season there is AC thankfully. One thing that was difficult was the control of the shower, it’s quite slow and takes time, which makes shower time a bit longer. Another good thing about this apartment is that there are basic non-food and even some food items for living, you won’t need to buy everything from the store. It is worth mentioning that the guys made some effort to place candles on the table. Overall, we are happy to have stayed there and will recommend it to anyone interested.
