- Anzhelika (2/5): Very poor - Unfortunately, this review will be mainly about the terrible attitude of the apartment staff, since such an attitude crossed out all the advantages that these apartments have. The story began 2 days before check-in. Firstly, the owner of the apartment does not consider it necessary to personally contact guests on WhatsApp to send them all the necessary information about check-in. I had to write myself and when I wrote, the manager did not even have a clue who I was and what apartments I booked, although all the information about me was on booking.com. I requested an earlier check-in and a later check-out, at least by 1-1.5 hours, my request was ignored, although the owner had such an opportunity. They absolutely did not care that I had a 15-hour flight with a connected flight and problems with ears after flight (I needed to find hospital), I just sat and waited for 15:00. At the same time, the apartment had to be leaved before 10:00. That is, 5 hours are allocated for cleaning, as a result of which, in the end, not very clean towels, a dirty sheet, one towel was even damp, were waiting for me in the apartment, and after that I only received “sorry”, and all day until late in the evening I waited for clean linen, which I repeatedly asked to be brought.
Let's get back to the day before check-in. They asked to send a scan of my passport, pay a deposit of 100€ and city tax. You need to start with the fact that the owner of the apartment or the hotel has the right to request a scan of your passport only if you sign an agreement with them on the storage of personal data (personally in writing, or remotely - by ticking the electronic form, as was the case in other apartments around the world). But this owner does not know the law and the manager Nitesh proved to me that such a law does not exist, although it exists all over the world. In the end, Booking made them understand this and Attention! They sent me a scan of such a document at night around 00:00, when I was already boarding the plane, and I warned them about the flight. That apartment owner considers it normal to send documents at night and believes that there is a printer on the plane and on what basis am I generally obliged to look for a printer in another country and spend money on printing if this is the owner's problem and his violation of the law ?! But they did not care. Also, for some reason I had to pay a deposit before moving into the apartment, although first you have to make sure that everything is in order with the apartment, so that you understand what you are actually paying a deposit for, but they didn't care about that either. And it's not about the rules, but about the initial adequacy of these rules. Then they started threatening me that they would not send me information about the check-in, although I paid for the apartment in full for 2 weeks in the amount of 1500€, since I did not fulfill all these points, but I will remind you that it is the owner who breaks the law and this is primarily his problem.
Booking repeatedly tried to contact the property and the owner, even the manager Nitesh, but for 2.5 weeks no one picked up the phone and they simply ignored any contacts with Booking. By the way, they also ignored my calls. The vacation was ruined, the attitude towards guests is so terrible that it can be called real rudeness. By the way, you pay a deposit, but the apartments are far from new, the walls in the bedroom are dirty and much more. In addition to everything else, they send you some kilometer-long list of rules of residence, which simply goes beyond reason and this reality (by the way, these rules are not on the Booking website, you will receive them later).

- Riza (8/5): The Apartment is nice and clean. the place is convenient to all the stores and restaurants. - The place is very near and convenient in the store and a lot of Restaurants I'll recommend you not to use 3 appliances together, otherwise it will result in shut downTge of electricity. 2 at time you'll be ok.

- Paula (7/5): great apartment near metro station - great location, close to shops and pubs. quick access to the Duomo and everywhere thanks to the metro station. the apartment itself is nicely furnished. unfortunately there was no kettle or iron, and they were listed in the equipment provided on site. after reporting to the owner there was no reaction during the entire stay.

- Jackylyn (8/5): Cozy and clean apartment - location was nice and apartment was cozy and new... the check out time is early... and its very hard to communicate with the owner about it... some apartments are good when they communicate they will tell that if nobody is next to you...you can stay a bit... only in the last day when we told that we have a baby and flight got delayed before he helped a bit by saying we can wait for cleaning team to come before we go... there is nobody next to us as i checked availability in booking.com and the day is available... the apartment is not flexible so check your timings if it fit your needs
