- Sian (8/5): Lovely well positioned serviced apartment - Light bright spacious Comfortable beds Well equipped There was a delay in getting in to the property We had to ring the office to get the code for access and the property was still being cleaned after our check in time

- G (3/5): Zware tegenvaller dat geboekte appartement geannuleerd werd dag voor aankomst en vervangende appartement duidelijk zwaa - 1 dag voor aankomst werd door verhuurder medegedeeld dat boiler stuk was en appartement geannuleerd werd . Als alternatief werd ander appartement aangeboden wat zogenaamd een upgrade zou zijn . Dit appartement gelegen king’s meaws 10-11bloomsburry /holburn bleek letterlijk een downgrade naar een basement / kelder welke vochtig en muf rook . Ventilatie van de drie slaapkamers en badkamers in basement niet mogelijk ( geen enkel raam kan open gezet worden ) , elektrische ventilatie zeer rumoerig en volstrekt onvoldoende

Hosts were very flexible offering luggage storage, which in the end was not needed as they accommodated early and late check out for us which was much appreciated. Nothing. everything was great.

- Oyeleke (10/5): - An exceptional stay from start to finish. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, in a perfect location for exploring the city. It felt instantly like home, every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, and the kitchen and bathroom supplies were clearly top quality. The host went above and beyond, even offering a late checkout until 2pm. I was so impressed I left the place tidier than I found it...good begets good. I’ve found my go-to place in London and will happily recommend it to everyone I know. Nothing really

- Mike (6/5): - The apartment was well appointed and very clean. Good spaces. All in all pretty comfortable. We were in a groundfloor apartment and you could not see outside as the widows were frosted. Also not very soundproof. The key issue for us, and it was a biggie, was the very difficult check in process. Details and exact location of the accmodation were very limited until checkin time when we were given details. I arrived at the address only to find out that key pickup was some distance away at a superette by Edgeware Road tube station. There was no foyer or anything where we could leave bags. Unfortunately we had large suitcases and carry on luggage bags and had to walk 10 minutes down a very busy Edgeware road at rush hour, carrying two cases each. I then had to go into a very busy Superette, provide a code, so they would give me a key, then walk 10 minutes back. I have travelled the world several times over, and this is by far and away my worst checkin process. We were very close to looking for alternative accomodation. If they are charging what they do, their checkin needs to be better. That said, the unit was fine once we got there. There were a couple of plumbing malfunctions but that could happen anywhere. One other issue was that we understood there would be somewhere to hold our bags after checkout. There was, but this was quite some distance across town which would have required a cab to get there. We made other arrangements for our bags.

- Caroline (10/5): Foram dois dias perfeitos, de muito comforto. - I liked everything about the apartment. It was very clean and hygienic. The blankets and sheets were all very clean. They weren't yellowed, and the towels were soft. They provided tea, shampoo, and soap. Soap. It had 2 large televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped, the apartment had two air conditioners, and the decor was beautiful, modern, and new. I liked everything about the apartment. I stayed for two days, and I didn't even want to leave the house. I liked everything! Perhaps the only thing I could suggest is that you provide a bottle of water for the first moment of arrival.
- Peter (9/5): Apartment very new and clean inside, all equipment new but no instructions for any eqipment. - Location 7 minute walk from Edgeware Road Tube station. Equipment in the unit all new. To collect keys was a 7 minute walk rom the property and in the meantime partner had to stand on the footpath and wait. No covered area so if raining would be totally soaked and all luggage would be also and if at night would be quite uncomfortable. Property is marketed as Marylebone but really is north of Marylebone. No instructions for any equipment - stove, oven, TV, heating, washing machine etc.

- Anna-louisa (4/5): So loud we couldn’t sleep - My business partner and I stayed for 6 nights. The inside of the unit was perfectly fine but the hallways of the building was a little dirty, not that it mattered much. I live in a city and not sensitive to noise. I cannot fathom how anyone can live or stay in this building. The outside noise is incredibly loud at all hours of the night. It sounded like all of the windows were open at all times. I hate to leave a bad review but for the price and lack of sleep, it was a bit unfortunate

- Sophie (3/5): Poor - Since I'm a student and paid upfront 4 weeks I was really dissapointed with the location, the bad wifi in the first weeks and the communication with Be London. The building is cheap and the lift broke several times and I lived on floor 4. Not worth the price at all.

- Anthony (7/5): Nice apartment, poor location - Apartment itself was very nice - its just that the area is not so nice The area is not so nice. We felt a bit intimidated by the road works, the state of some of the shops, some of the people looking us up and down and the street beggars. We later found a back way to bypass all the above to get to Edgeware Road station and we discovered that going in the opposite direction away from Edgeware station was quite nice. Also a concern about the lack of information about the property - particularly no information on evacuation procedure and I didn't see an EXIT sign or alternative means of egress other than the front door. Also need to be clear about the outside door code and the trick about how to lock the apartment door
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Proximity to London City was perfect as we walked or tubed where we needed to go. This is going to sound petty, but the lounge suite could have been bigger and higher backed. We were all tall people and found it quite uncomfortable. The fans in the bathrooms didn't work. The towels needed replacing and quite thread bare and I ripped the one I was using. For luxury accommodation I would have expected more.

- Tim (8/5): Great modern apartment with all facilities but needs an AC - It was modern and clean and all facilities you need on a trip are available. Working kitchen and even a washing machine for your clothes. It’s a great apartment. It was warm when visiting London and the cooling machines in the property are definitely not enough to bring the heat down in the property. You definitely need an AC to make it comfortable in the apartment and at night. I’d rather escaped the apartment instead of staying because of the warmth..

No parking but managed to find a car park close by.

People were friendly. I would recommend the place. the check-in process was difficult. The processing of getting the keys. Spacious apartment Extremely uncomfortable bed - mattress too soft, like you fall in the hole. Bedroom with no curtains to protect from the light so you get woken ip with early sunrise. Very bad smell inside of the apartment - smelling on stale and mould. Bad sound proof - you can easily hear noise from the corridor. Dirty sink.
